According to Fox News, Rep. Nancy Pelosi has chosen to support the head of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreysus, who is now under fire for his handling of the coronavirus crisis and the organization’s pro-China stance.

In a statement, Pelosi, D-Calif., said the halt in funding amid the global pandemic “is senseless.”

“This is another case, as I have said, of the president’s ineffective response, that ‘a weak person, a poor leader, takes no responsibility. A weak person blames others,’” Pelosi said Wednesday.

“This decision is dangerous, illegal and will be swiftly challenged,” Pelosi said. [Fox News]

AMERICANS ARE LEARNING ABOUT WHO

Frankly, the timing argument is weak since the WHO is not materially helping with the response to control this virus and the U.S. can get data from other countries direct. The real question is the WHO doing to fix issues and better respond to the next World Health epidemic?

I am sure many Americans and Europeans are not feeling really secure they can count on the WHO. Someone in leadership needed to address this lack of accountability. Remember the old saying ‘Doing the Same Thing and Expecting a Different Result is the Definition of Stupidity.’

In 2017, Ghebreysus revoked the appointment of his choice, Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe as “goodwill ambassador” after considerable public uproar across the globe.

PELOSI HAS HISTORY OF NOT SUPPORTING AMERICANS

Pelosi is doing what she always does – block anything or make it that her party benefits from anything President Trump wants to do for this country. Her latest move is no surprise. It is always political with her and not what is in the best interests of this country.

YOU GO, NANCY! Stand up for an organization that most Americans know dropped the ball and caused, in substantial measure, the current mess. That will make for some quality campaign ads this fall.

DEMS FALL OVER BACKWARD TO PROTECT OUR ENEMIES

Democrats do not have the best interest of U.S. citizens. They are doing everything in their power to wreck this country. They are desperate to protect Ukrainian investigation, WHO, China, Russia, and all these guys. It seems this bunch has been siding with those who oppose the USA, and use the globalization speech as a necessity.

Nancy needs to worry more about running out of her essentials, mainly Polident, while social distancing. She also needs to provide shelter to all of the homeless in her district by opening up her home to give them a place to stay.

ARE AMERICANS GETTING WHAT WE PAID FOR?

Whether a person likes or doesn’t like Trump to me isn’t the question here. The problem is, are we as Americans’ getting our money’s worth from organizations that we almost wholly support? I say no we aren’t and probably never have.

When this bunch of spoiled brats realizes that we aren’t one of the wealthiest nations in the world anymore, we are one of the most in debt nations maybe just maybe their pea-sized brains can drop the Trump hate long enough to realize that this is long overdue.
