A shocking video emerged from President Trump’s visit to Springfield, Missouri, showing a car careening out-of-control towards the President’s passing motorcade.
The incident prompted concerns that somebody had attempted to ram the President’s vehicle.
A man in the video can be heard yelling, “Oh my gosh! Look at the car that came out of the woods.”
Another can be heard saying, “Somebody’s going to jail.”

An out-of-control car has been filmed ploughing from woodland just yards from President Donald Trump’s motorcade in dramatic footage.
Shocking video shows the white vehicle appear suddenly from woodland as the heavily-guarded commander-in-chief passed by.
Stunned onlookers captured the moment on cameraphones, amid fears the driver was attempting to ram the President’s car.
Clayte Hefner, who filmed the video, said he saw two women inside the car as it appeared from the woods.
Here is another angle of the car coming down the hill towards the road. It appears to show the vehicle is not deliberately accelerating and likely gaining speed by rolling down the hill.

Despite obvious concerns for the safety of the President and those in his motorcade, police have said the car’s out-of-control movement was due to a brake failure.
“The female driver lost control of her vehicle when she drove down an embankment from the local Bass Pro warehouse parking lot,” KCTV reported. “The incident is blamed on the car’s brakes going out.”
The timing is horrible: Driving through a Bass Pro warehouse parking lot, brakes failing, and then the car goes careening down a hill at the exact moment a presidential motorcade is driving through.
Thankfully, nobody was hurt in the incident, including all members of the motorcade and the driver of the vehicle. Let’s extend our thanks to the fast-acting Service Service agents who intercepted the car immediately as well.

True, Hoffhack! If the woman driving the car was trying to ram the President’s motorcade she would’ve continued driving into the road instead of driving on the sidewalk after the came bursting out of the woods. Considering there were no injuries, this is kinda funny.

While the timing is suspect, the fact that she stopped after going through the storm drain and was never really a threat is why nobody stopped until the motorcade was almost all the way through shows she was never a threat. REALLY RONALD. a DUAL braking system!!?? YES a front and rear system, but IF the master cylinder goes bad, brakes DONT WORK, and MOST people I know , WOULDNT think fast enough to simply shut the ignition off, OR grab the E-Brake. Give the Ladies a break, Geeze!

If she had actually HIT the president’s car, he would have been perfectly safe. And I don’t buy the failed brakes, either. All cars have had dual braking systems for decades, and then there is the transmission, parking brake, and the steering wheel, to enable stopping the car. Or, one could just turn off the switch!
