Trump Rally-Goers Waiting Hours In The Snow Sing ‘God Bless America’

In Scranton, Pennsylvania on Monday, Donald Trump supporters waited for hours in frigid snow to enter a campaign rally for the President, which didn’t take place until later that afternoon.

Waiting together peacefully, they all of a sudden burst into song, singing “God Bless America” in harmony.

Trump Supporters Wait To See President In Frigid Weather

These rally goers stood in line most of the day in frigid temperatures in the snow and rain in order to get a good spot to see President Trump.

Talk about inspiring voters. Talk about a possible enthusiasm surge for Trump!

How many candidate’s campaigns make supporters break into song?

Scranton was the second stop for Team Trump in a whirlwind five-rally schedule before Tuesday’s election.

Scranton also happens to be the birthplace of 2020 Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, though his family left when he was a child.

That doesn’t stop Biden from calling Scranton home to appeal to Pennsylvania voters in the swing state that went for Trump in 2016.

Trump And Biden Compete Heavily In Swing States

Trump and Biden continued to slug it out on the last day before the election as each have clear paths to 270 electoral votes depending on the results in some of these purple and swing states.

President Trump continues to draw massive crowds everywhere he goes, while Biden has been intent on social distancing and other COVID-19 precautions that have made a difference in how many people his events can accommodate.

Biden is returning to Scranton and Philadelphia on Tuesday, where his campaign began.

President Trump’s speech in Scranton featured many notable moments, including rally-goers breaking out in a “Jews for Trump” chant at one point.

‘God Bless America’

But perhaps the most memorable part of the Scranton event didn’t actually include Trump at all, as it was his loyal supporters singing one of the most beautiful and patriotic songs about their country, in the hopes that their President is re-elected.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make America great.
