CNN Believes Russian Used Pokemon Go To Influence Election

russia hacked pokemon Go

In what was perhaps Hillary Clinton’s cringiest attempt to prove she wasn’t a living robot during the 2016 election, the former secretary of state referenced the Pokemon Go craze that was sweeping the nation. “I don’t know who created Pokémon Go, but I’m trying to figure out how we get them to have ‘Pokemon-Go-to the polls.”

The “joke” is worse when listened to:

Well, thanks to CNN, we now know that the Russians used Pokemon Go to get people to the polls…or something. Seriously, the anti-Trump network thinks Russia hacked the election through Pokemon Go.

Yesterday CNN ran a story with the headline “Exclusive: Even Pokémon Go used by extensive Russian-linked meddling effort.”

Yes, an exclusive story on Pokemon!

Hilariously, it was left-wing causes that were being influenced by this effort. To summarize their report:

How sinister! Hillary tried to used Pokemon Go as a gag to get people to the polls. But some Russians actually used the app to…get people infuriated with Black Lives Matter by promoting social justice causes? What?

This seems like a stretch. What is CNN saying about our country when they claim our voters were persuaded by Pokemon Go? Nothing good, that’s for sure.

What do you think? Did Pokemon win the election for Trump? Tell us your thoughts on this theory below, and share this story over Facebook!
