Nancy Pelosi Caught Defying COVID Restrictions, Gets Hair Done At Closed Salon

On Tuesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi admitted that she had gone to a San Francisco hair salon that was closed due to coronavirus restrictions, but said she did not know it was wrong.

Then she blamed the business.

Pelosi Caught Breaking Democrat COVID Rules

Fox News released security camera footage of Pelosi getting her hair done despite the city’s salons still being under lockdown.

Fox News reported, “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited a San Francisco hair salon on Monday afternoon for a wash and blow-out, despite local ordinances keeping salons closed amid the coronavirus pandemic, Fox News had learned.”

“In security footage obtained by Fox News, and timestamped Monday at 3:08 p.m. Pacific Time, the California powerhouse is seen walking through eSalon in San Francisco with wet hair, and without a mask over her mouth or nose,” the report noted.

“The stylist doing her hair can be seen following her wearing a black face mask,” Fox News noted.

“Salons in San Francisco had been closed since March and were only notified they could reopen on Sept. 1 for outdoor hairstyling services only,” reported Fox News.

Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff Drew Hammill told Oakland, California-based Fox affiliate KTVU in a statement,  “The Speaker always wears a mask and complies with local COVID requirements. This business offered for the Speaker to come in on Monday and told her they were allowed by the city to have one customer at a time in the business.”

Owner Calls Pelosi’s Actions ‘A Slap In The Face’

“The Speaker complied with the rules as presented to her by this establishment,” Hammill said.

According to Fox News, the business owner said that Pelosi’s assistant had sent a message asking for an appointment to an independent stylist who rents a chair at the salon.

The owner called Pelosi’s actions “a slap in the face.”

“It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work,” the salon owner said. “We’re supposed to look up to this woman, right? It is just disturbing.”

Trump Calls Out Pelosi

President Trump called out Pelosi for this scandal in a tweet on Wednesday morning.

“Crazy Nancy Pelosi is being decimated for having a beauty parlor opened, when all others are closed, and for not wearing a Mask – despite constantly lecturing everyone else,” Trump wrote. “We will almost certainly take back the House, and send Nancy packing!”
