CNN List

On Tuesday, CNN broadcast a list of Republican senators who “Right Now,” host Brianna Keilar said have not yet “acknowledged Joe Biden is president-elect.”

CNN Broadcasts List Of Republican Senators Who Haven’t Acknowledged Biden

“You can count on one hand how many Republicans acknowledged Joe Biden is president-elect,” Keilar said. “Senators Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Susan Collins of Maine, Ben Sasse of Nebraska.”

“The rest here are silent, emboldening the president as he refuses to concede,” she added. “But why? Oliver Darcy here to shed like on this subject. Tell us really what is in the calculus of GOP senators according to your reporting.”

CNN Doubles Down With Attack.

“If you watch right-wing media, you would think the election was stolen by corrupt deep state Democrats,” said Darcy, a senior media report. “If you watch Fox News, that is the message, If you listen to talk radio, that is the message. If you read these far-right websites, the president is promoting that is the message.”

“This matters because Republican politicians they know that the real power players in their Republican Party are Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbaugh,” he added.

Those are the people who control the Republican Party,” Darcy continued. “Them coming out telling audiences this election was probably stolen, Trump should maybe be president-elect again, that desensitizes Republican politicians who need to come out and tell the president what you’re pushing is not true and disinformation.”

Trump Keeps Fighting

President Trump himself has not yet conceded this race, pledging to fight this out in recounts and in courts with various lawsuits that he says will expose voter fraud. Republican lawmakers are simply waiting to see how these strategies play out before acknowledging Biden as the winner.

On Monday night, Lindsey Graham (D-SC) called out Democrats for their hypocrisy when it comes to the election process.

“Democrats could give a damn about this, they don’t care how Trump lost as long as he lost,” he told Fox News. “Let’s fight back and give President Trump all the due process the law allows him.”
