Sharyl Attkisson is an Emmy Award Winning Journalist. She was diligent in her investigative reporting on the Obama administration, and it cost her dearly. A public records request proved the White House attempted to silence her. She ended up leaving CBS News last year, and claimed the news organization impeded her investigations because of its liberal bias.
Attkisson dropped a news bomb on Steve Malzburg Show this week: reporting that White House officials told her that President Obama refuses to read intelligence reports regarding some terrorist groups. There are some groups on the terrorist list that he refuses to acknowledge or believe pose us any threat. So, he just ignores all intelligence regarding them.
“He has made up his mind, I would say closed his mind, they’d say, to their intelligence that they try to bring him about various groups that he does not consider terrorists even if they’re on the U.S. list of designated terrorists. He has his own ideas.
“He doesn’t want it, he says he doesn’t want it, or he won’t read it in some instances.”
So, President Obama ignores intelligence reports regarding some known terrorist groups – but he never seems to miss an opportunity to bash Republicans and equate them to terrorists. And don’t forget the White House report saying that lists returning veterans as terrorist risks.
