Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner Spotted For First Time Since Sentencing

When Anthony Weiner was first discovered accidentally tweeting a photograph of his “bulge” back in 2011, it seemed too good to be true. The jokes wrote themselves. I was a junior in high school when that scandal broke. I did technically have the maturity of a high schooler, and I was extremely amused by the whole situation.

That was back in 2011, and the rest is history. Weiner has been a repeat offender of “sexting” minors. And his derangement is finally putting him behind bars.

It was quite the fall from grace for a popular liberal politician. His track record is actually pretty astounding to think about: He lost his job as a congressman, tanked his 2014 NYC Mayoral campaign, and destroyed his marriage – all of which is topped off with a 21-month prison sentence. Since Weiner doesn’t have to report himself to jail until early November, the media is still looking for any public appearances of the man – mainly so they can continue writing headlines like the following:

Weiner was spotted the day after his sentencing leaving his Manhattan apartment three hours after Huma had entered.  “I have nothing to say, thank you.” when approached by a New York Post reporter before walking to the Union Square subway station.

Huma was also spotted  recently, dropping the couple’s five-year-old off to school, looking somber.

I actually feel kind of sorry for Abedin. Her husband is a convicted pervert, and, if you believe Hillary Clinton, caused her boss to lose the presidency to Donald Trump.

Let’s hope that when Weiner goes to prison, Abeind will be able to move on from her lecherous husband. He’s already caused her, and Americans in general, enough grief with his shenanigans.

What do you think? Do you feel sorry for Abedin over her husband’s “sexting” problem? Are you glad Weiner is going to jail? Tell us your thoughts below and share this story on Facebook and Twitter!
