Trump’s Christmas Message: A Warning About What’s ‘Destroying Our Country’

Newsmax host Eric Bolling recently interviewed Donald Trump for a “Christmas message for the folks.”

The former president hit on a number of important topics in that message directly to voters: criminal illegal immigrants, electric cars, and other things the former president believes are “destroying our country.”

‘It’s Really Also a Message of Common Sense’

Bolling asked Trump, “But. Well, Mr. President, I know you’re busy, and I just wanted to congratulate you on new the new polling came out just 48 hours ago or less. You’re leading Biden by wider margins in all seven of the important swing states. Congratulations on the polls. It’s one thank you for your time. And if you have a Christmas message for the folks, it’s all you.”

Trump replied:

Well, thank you very much. And first of all, we have been friends for a long time and I have a lot of respect for the job you do. So it’s an honor to be with you. And we’ve known each other a long time.

But it’s an honor, you know, And it’s a message. It’s a message of common sense. When you say the polls, it’s true. We have phenomenal polls in Iowa and New Hampshire and South Carolina and Nevada all over all over the country. New York, too, by the way. And you’re looking at the numbers.

But it’s really also a message of common sense when they see people flooding our country and we do nothing about it. And I say we’re going to start with the safest border in the history of our country. We’re going to get back to there and even better numbers than I am. But when you look at the stupidity of what’s taking place right now with that, everybody from mental institutions, from prisons, let terrorists, let them all pour into our country unchecked, just unchecked, unvetted.

The border is no laughing matter, as the 45th President knows. Besides the record-breaking number of illegal immigrants crossing the border, there’s also the little matter of improvised explosive devices being found.

IEDs were heavily used to devastating effect against American forces in Iraq.

Trump Vows to Not Let The Country Be Destroyed

Trump continued, “It’s so crazy when you look at the fact that they want to raise taxes, when they want to take away your car and give you an electric car, that doesn’t go far. You got to you got to charge it up every 2 minutes. It’s ridiculous what’s going on. You should be able to buy an electric car, but you should be able to buy a combustion gas combustion car, a gasoline operated car.”

“It’s so crazy what they’re doing, destroying our country,” Trump finished, adding, “And it’s step by step. And it seems to be systematic, but we’re not going to let it happen.”

“And I think that’s why the poll numbers are great,” he said.

While not a bright or cheery message on such a joyous occasion as Christmas, the people destroying this country don’t stop just because some of us are celebrating.
