Trump Hater Alec Baldwin Teases Presidential Run

Alec Baldwin, who pretends to be a President in his role on ‘Saturday Night Live,’ teased a run at Donald Trump with his followers on social media Monday morning.

Baldwin, who won an Emmy in 2017 for his grossly unfunny impersonation of Trump, asked the public what kind of support he’d receive if he ran, adding it would be “so easy” to win.

“If I ran for President, would you vote for me?” he asked, desperately seeking attention.

Baldwin added that he wouldn’t ask for any money and still vowed he could beat Trump.

So easy?

Tell that to Hillary Clinton who has been on a two-year tour trying to explain to anybody who will listen how she managed to lose to a man with no political experience, with the backing of 90 percent of the media, and leading in every major poll right up until Election Day, how easy it is.

Baldwin is a Tad Unhinged

Baldwin checks off the major boxes for an appealing candidate to the left if he were serious. He is an out of touch Hollywood elitist who suffers from stage 4 Trump Derangement syndrome.

This is, after all, a man who once likened Trump’s victory to that of Adolf Hitler.

“What you see with Trump is how Hitler got elected,” Baldwin said in an interview with British GQ. “Someone who will say anything to people because of their economic interest.”

He went on to threaten the President’s children, saying they would “have to change their names when he gets out of the White House.”

However, the former ’30 Rock’ star has a history of anger management issues to contend with, including audio of him berating his daughter as a “rude thoughtless little pig,” and several instances of assault.

It’s A Joke

Baldwin’s inquiry about running in 2020 has to be a joke of some sort. There’s no way he could seriously believe he’d be a contender unless the Democratic party’s ridiculous field of almost 20 candidates has him thinking ‘why the heck not, everyone else is doing it?’

If it is a joke, much like his other forays into comedy, it’s not all that funny.

President Trump previously lambasted the actor for using him to prolong a “dying mediocre career.”

SNL alum Rob Schneider also took aim at Baldwin for his mean-spirited portrayal of President Trump.

“Alec Baldwin has nothing but a fuming, seething anger toward the person he plays,” Schneider criticized. “I don’t find his impression to be comical.”

Impersonating a presidential candidate isn’t all that funny either.

  • Alex is certainly prettier than that toad we have in the White House, he has a better sense of humor for sure and is eminently more qualified to speak in whole sentences. His popularity as an actor could win it for him as helped Ronald Reagan. Run Alex, I would love to see you win!

  • Alec Baldwin suffer's from a condition very common to Hollywierd celebrities, total unconditional, complete narcissism.

  • We already endured 8 long yrs from one left-wing, treasonous comedienne who literally ruined the nation, we sure don't need another one doing the same thing.

  • B GRADE ACTOR, Z GRADE NEIGHBOUR, Z GRADE CITIZEN AND PARENT, AND NO GRADE AS POTENTIAL PRESIDENT?

  • Didn't he walk out of his radio show when Sean Hannity called him? If he can't take a question or even talk to a media person, what makes him think he will survive a town hall where ordinary people are asking him questions?
