In a new interview on Tuesday, former President Donald Trump ripped into members of the media for their “collusive” relationship with President Joe Biden and the Democrats.
Trump Sounds Off
“It’s collusive. Nobody’s seen anything like it,” Trump said during an interview on “The Michael Savage Show.”
Trump went on to say that corporate media outlets declared certain subjects to be off-limits during the 2020 election.
“That is the beginning of communism,” Trump said. “That really is, literally … communism.”
Not stopping there, Trump added that since Biden took office, the media has ignored things like illegal immigrants and criminals flooding into the country, open borders, inflation, and other issues.
“Frankly if you look at the media. Where the media is a closed media. We don’t have an open free media anymore,” he said. “They don’t want to hear anything; they don’t write about it.”

Trump Doubles Down
After attacking Biden for moving the country further and further left, Trump placed blame on the media for allowing him to do so and not holding him accountable.
“The press and the media and the big tech of course … the press is just, they just play right into the hands, they just won’t talk about it,” he said.
Trump also claimed that the media establishment is purposely burying stories that would make Biden and his presidency look bad.
“You could find the worse things ever with regard to the other side,” Trump said. “They will never write about it. It’s unbelievable.”

Trump Attacks Biden Directly
Earlier this year, Trump lashed out at Biden directly for his handling of the border crisis, saying that he “handed the Biden Administration the most secure border in history.”
“All they had to do was keep this smooth-running system on autopilot,” Trump said back in March, according to The Hill. “Instead, in the span of a just few weeks, the Biden Administration has turned a national triumph into a national disaster. They are in way over their heads and taking on water fast.”
“It’s clear they are engaged in a huge cover-up to hide just how bad things truly are,” he later added. “The only way to end the Biden Border Crisis is for them to admit their total failure and adopt the profoundly effective, proven Trump policies.”
