Turns out it isn’t just President Trump himself that is boycotting the mainstream media, it’s the entire White House staff.
The group has announced they will boycott the White House Correspondents Dinner – an event meant to honor so-called “journalists” covering the administration – as an act of solidarity with the President.
Trump announced last month that he’d not be attending the dinner, beating journalists who threatened to boycott the event themselves to the punch.

It marks the first time in decades that a sitting President will not attend the dinner.
Now, the entire staff will join the President in ditching the swamp’s favorite self-congratulatory event.

White House staff plan on skipping this year’s White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) dinner in “solidarity” with President Trump, who has announced he won’t attend the annual event this year, the organization announced Tuesday evening.
WHCA President Jeff Mason said the organization’s board “regrets this decision very much.”
“We have worked hard to build a constructive relationship with the Trump White House and believe strongly that this goal is possible even with the natural tension between the press and the administration that is a hallmark of a healthy republic,” Mason said in a statement.
No, dinners honoring a highly-biased media are not the ‘hallmark of a healthy republic,’ a media that actually reports facts without bias is a sign of a healthy republic.
A Gallup poll just before election day shows an overwhelming majority of Americans felt the media favored Democrat Hillary Clinton over Trump, by a margin of 52-8%.
It’s hard to fault Trump and the White House staff for wanting to boycott this group who no doubt would have spent the night taking shots at the President in more blatant ways than they do on a daily basis in the media.
Besides, he has better things to do that evening: Deputy White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, explained that rather than mingling with celebrities and the media, President Trump will be engaging with the American people.
“This is a president who campaigned on speaking directly to Americans, and that’s what he’s going to spend his time doing,” Sanders explained.
We’re sincerely hoping this means Trump plans to holding a competing press conference, or even a prime-time address to the whole nation.
Now that right there is the hallmark of a healthy, pro-American presidency.

If tax payers are paying for the White House Correspondents Dinners; then, there should not be any more. In time, maybe reporters will grow up and be able to share a fun-evening. Now, like spoiled children, they must be grounded.
Its about time that this administration shows support for our President !! I have nothing good to say for the Dems, but the one thing I will say is that at least they stick together no matter what happens to their party. We, on the Republican side have people like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and so many others that act like they belong to the Democratic Party !! I am behind Trump for not going to that phony dinner. They aren’t journalist anymore. They just want people to grovel at their feet, and give them their time and respect when they don’t deserve either one. There will be those who will say how Trump is mistreating the MSM by not showing up, when the truth is that they want Trump to be there so they can try to humiliate him and treat him with such distain and disrespect to make themselves feel better about themselves. They are a bunch of hateful dishonest parasites. Trump doesn’t need the MSM. He can keep using Twitter to get his words and truth out to the American people. They all make fun of him using Twitter, but the truth of the matter is, is that they hate it because they KNOW, he can reach out to the real Americans and keep them informed about what he is doing for us!!!

Great! They can have Alec Baldwin do Trump and Melissa McCarthy do Sean Spicer.
Since SNL has been stealing lines from Trump and Spicer all along, maybe no one will notice the difference.

Never in our lifetime has many of us Americans experienced the astounding communistic propaganda from many news media sources. This is not our 1st amendment rights to freedom of the press., they are actually trying to brainwash, program and convince all Americans to go against our President Trump and it’s not even warranted. We all wonder if President Trump can’t shut down the news media networks temporarily until he can re-structure them to coincide and reflect our 1st Amendment Rights. Overthrowing our Government is NOT in the Constitution.
Now, if we can get the general public, those who like Mr. Trump, to boycott the MSM, that MIGHT make them backtrack!
Check they stations once in while to see who is advertising with them. Don’t buy. Tell them.
MSM no longer have Correspondents what they are is a wing of the DNC. Due to this fact I would expect not one Republican or Conservative to attend the Dinner. So they will have folks who are Progressive Liberals (American Socialist) RINOs along with the media patting themselves on the back while America thinks they are a joke. I think Trump is having fun playing with these clowns.
