On Sunday, Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s office released a statement demanding President Trump take down a video which has drawn widespread criticism from Democrats, the opposition media and Fox News.
The tweet has already seen over 87,000 retweets and 240,000 favorites on the Twitter platform.

Pelosi and Democrats have been creating a narrative that the tweet incites violence against Muslims and Omar.
Pelosi Statement on the Safety of Congresswoman Omar
London — Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement:
“Following the President’s tweet, I spoke with the Sergeant-at-Arms to ensure that Capitol Police are conducting a security assessment to safeguard Congresswoman Omar, her family and her staff. They will continue to monitor and address the threats she faces.
“The President’s words weigh a ton, and his hateful and inflammatory rhetoric creates real danger. President Trump must take down his disrespectful and dangerous video.”
So, posting a video of Omar’s comments, and then showing a video of what her vague comments referenced is inciting violence? But when Maxine Waters says to get up in peoples faces and run them out of restaurants and make sure they know they aren’t wanted, that’s ok?
I can’t. I used to try to find a middle ground. If you stand with anti-Americans, then you are one, and we have nothing to discuss.

In the past months, I have pondered how history might have been different if the US responded to the attack on Pearl Harbor by electing anti-American Japanese leaders of that era to Congress.
Perhaps to be more inclusive we might have reached out to the Nazis to recruit their politicians too. It is a serious point when we have individuals violating their oath of office (and citizenship oath) by openly hating our nation to crowds of cheering minions. Leftists fail to understand the suspicions of day to day Americans of their words and motives. Over the weekend, I read a New Yorker (or something) article bemoaning that relatives watched Fox News (I do not) and became estranged from their New York families with total incomprehension of anything outside their bubble.
Well, maybe a touch of reality is in order. Contrary to delusional leftist ideology (but I repeat myself), gas does not come from the station, milk does not come from the store, and when you allow and encourage hateful, angry people to enter your house to preach their vitriol things do not end with peace and goodwill.
