The Left has spent days pushing the narrative that authorities used tear gas on “peaceful protesters” gathered outside the White House on Monday preceding President Donald Trump’s walk through Lafayette Park to St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Now, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is finally admitting that this was a blatant lie.

“Maybe they didn’t have tear gas, I don’t know,” Pelosi admitted to MSNBC today, referring to what happened on Monday.

The mainstream media ran with the story that President Trump had tear-gassed the protesters just for the sake of a photo-op for himself despite having no evidence to back this up, as was documented by The Federalist.

Even presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden made the claim during a speech on Tuesday.

“When peaceful protestors dispersed in order for a president, a president from the doorstep of the people’s house, the White House, using tear gas and flash grenades in order to stage a photo-op at one of the most historic churches in the country or at least in Washington, DC, we can be forgiven for believing the president is more interested in power than in principle,” Biden said.

This just goes to show that Democrats are far from being the “honest” people that they claim to be.

Instead, they will run with absolutely any lie in the hopes of making President Trump look bad and removing him from office.

This comes as Democrats continue to encourage the violent riots that are spreading across the country like wildfire over the death of George Floyd, who died in police custody in Minneapolis, Minnesota last week.

Though Floyd’s death was undoubtedly unjust, the riots aren’t really about him anymore, as they are instead about stirring up as much violence and chaos in the U.S. as possible.

Democrats may think this chaos will cause Americans to lose faith in Trump and vote him out of office, but the silent majority of us see right through what they are doing.
