After The Paris Attacks, The FBI Just Went On HIGH ALERT After What Happened In This U.S. State

I know what I am thinking right now, are you?

The FBI is on high alert and currently investigating a robbery at the Lincoln Stoddard Army Reserve Center in Worcester, MA.

The federal organization is working with the Massachusetts State Police and the Army to find and recover the stolen weapons.

According to an FBI statement:

There is no indication that these missing weapons are connected to any kind of terrorism threat whatsoever. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to recover these weapons immediately.

The FBI has not indicated what types of weapons were stolen, but automatic service rifles may be among the missing weapons.

According to WCVB, the suspect(s) entered the facility through the roof.

The break-in does not seem to be tied to any kind of terrorism threat according to officials.

“Nothing at this point in time would tie this to any specific threat or anything else at this point,” said Hank Shaw, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Boston office.

However, Augustus said Worcester police are increasing patrols “in several key locations.”

“I’m especially concerned about it,” Gov. Charlie Baker said Monday. “Separate and apart from anything that has to do with terrorism, I’m concerned about the fact that some really high caliber weapons were stolen from a military facility in the first place.

Yes, I noted the officials stated the break-in didn’t seem to be tied to any terrorism, but that’s the canned answer by any beat cop will use for something they can’t explain. What do you think? Did these thieves use the Paris attacks as a distraction to raid these guns?
