Despite the liberal media’s outright contempt for President Trump and his administration, there’s one thing even they can’t deny, the American economy is strong once again.
Since taking office in January, dozens of American companies have pledged to reinvest in America, building new factories and hiring U.S. workers.
In just a few short months Amazon has pledged to create 100,000 new jobs, Fiat Chrysler announced a $2 billion American investment that will lead to 2,000 new jobs, and Stanley Black & Decker will open a new $35 million new plant.
These companies view President Trump as friendly to business with his pledge to cut corporate taxes and end burdensome regulations that have a stranglehold on innovation.
All this is proven through the jobs numbers.
In April the U.S. economy added 211,000 new jobs and the unemployment rate fell to 4.4%, but the good economic news hasn’t stopped there.
The Department of Labor reports that the number of individuals asking for unemployment benefits fell to the lowest levels since 1988.

During the last week of April, 1,918,000 people received unemployment insurance benefits, the lowest number for insured unemployment since November 5, 1988 when it was 1,898,000, according to the Department of Labor (DOL). The advance seasonally adjusted insured unemployment rate was 1.4 percent for the last week of April, unchanged from the previous week.
Initial unemployment insurance claims, which counts the number of people who applied for unemployment insurance for the first time, fell by 2,000 to 236,000 in the first week of May.
There were 10,216 former federal civilian employees claiming unemployment for the week ending April 22, a decrease of 781 from the previous week. Newly discharged veterans claiming benefits totaled 10,955, an increase of 13 from the prior week.
If the liberal media does report on these strong economic numbers, which is highly unlikely, they will spin it as President Trump benefiting from the Obama economy, when in reality more Americans and businesses are feeling confident that we have a president in the White House that puts American jobs first.
For too long, the American public had lost confidence in our economy, as Obama’s policies discouraged business investment and instead prompted American companies to hoard cash.
President Trump has vowed to reverse the disastrous Obama economy, and these new numbers show that the American people have more confidence in the economy and their ability to find good, high-paying work.

Yes, more people have given up and their benefits have run dry. That is the excuses you idiots kept giving just 6 months past when you hated the positive jobs reports for the last EIGHT YEARS. Then it was nothing but “yeah but” from the fascist right. Well guess what, NOTHING IS DIFFERENT The same measurements are used now as were used during all 8 years of Obama. SO either the reports are accurate which means Obama did more for jobs that Trump has done in his entire life, or they are false and trump is just a liar as we have been telling you. This is great news. Just imagine what he could accomplish if the rinos and liberals would get over themselves and work with him. Too bad they aren’t smart enough to know that. Brad the difference is that Obama’s numbers weren’t accurate. His numbers were fudged by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. After the financial crises in 2008 the economy tanked, and millions of Americans lost jobs. Obama’s first Sec. of Labor says as many as 1 in 3 men, out of 96 million, are still unemployed. This is due to the diminished economy, that Obama kept telling us was a fully recovered economy. Obamas’ endless stating that the unemployment rate dropped from 8% to under 5% came from those fudged numbers. They changed the way the numbers are calculated. One of the main things they did was take everyone, who no longer could receive benefits, out of the unemployment figures. If you couldn’t claim anymore benefits, you didn’t count as unemployed. That might make Obama look good, but those people were still not finding work, so they should have been counted.. Another thing Obama did was claim he created 805,000 manufacturing jobs during his 2 terms, when in fact He actually lost 303,000 jobs during his presidency. The final jobs report from Obamas’ time in office came out on 1/6/17 and shows that the number of Americans not working increased by 14,573,000 or 18.9% since Jan. 2009 when Obama took office. In Dec. of 2016 the BLS showed over 95,000,000 people out of work, 47,000 more than in Nov. Another issue with Obamas’ unemployment figures is that 94% of the people who did find work under Obama are only getting part time or temporary work. So in reality the unemployment rates under O are much Higher than Trumps are after only a few months.
Of course Donald Trump is helping the working men and women in this country. He would even be doing more if Democrats and the alligators in the swamp were not trying to kill him.
The economy might be a tiny bit higher than it was when President Obama left office. Back then you folks were calling the unemployment numbers fake. Now they’ve barely moved and all of a sudden they’re accurate?

You would have to be blind to not see that Trump’s pro-business policies contributed to good economic growth. But politics’s as we know it can change an opinion even if it makes good sense. So if you can’t see some good economic changes out there that are visible to most people you could be politically challenged wouldn’t you say? Some may not even know why they think the way that they do and are just hatters of good thinking if their POTUS is Demo or Repub !
Too bad congress, democrats and republican as well, is forgetting that the people voted for this. This is supposed to be government of the people, by the people, and for the people. The whole establishment is against all the president is trying to do – and they should all be fired – by the people – next election may be too late for some things.
