Judicial Watch Sues for Obama Global Warming Documents

For eight years, the failed Obama administration put jobs, security, and common sense on the back burner in order to push the “global warming” agenda.

It was about more than just job-killing regulations, like Obama’s full-throated attack on the coal industry. The religious-like belief of the left’s “watermelon” agenda (Green on the outside, red on the inside. Get it? Red like communism!) went so far that they pushed it on the military. That’s right, taxpayers like you and me paid $150 PER GALLON for “green” military fuel.

Obama and the Democrats bilked taxpayers for hundreds of millions of dollars for scams like Solyndra. And it’s all because of their claim that “the science is settled” and “all scientists agree.”

Not so fast – investigative experts at Judicial Watch are bringing suit against two of Obama’s top scientists. Check this out:

Judicial Watch filed a Feb. 6, 2017, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking communications between National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) scientist Thomas Karl and White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Director John Holdren over the course of Barack Obama’s presidency.

The watchdog filed the lawsuit after NOAA – a Department of Commerce component – ignored the Feb. 6 request.

“This new lawsuit could result in the release of emails that will help Americans understand how Obama administration officials may have mishandled scientific data to advance the political agenda of global warming alarmism,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement.”

Who would be shocked to discover Obama lackeys massaging the data to align with their left-wing conclusions? Anyone remember Climategate?

Thankfully, there’s a new sheriff in town. President Trump has been working overtime to rollback the endless litany of absurd job-killing regulations from the Obama regime:

President Trump spent the last week toppling the legacy of Barack Obama, signing executive orders and furthering legislation that repeals most of the former president’s disastrous environmental regulations.

At the top of the list was the Clean Power Plan (CPP), whose repeal will lead to job growth and start the nation on a better path to energy independence.

One of Trump’s first acts was to end the war on coal, too.

Given all the stories about Obama’s corruption over the last near-decade, we can hardly wait to see what Judicial Watch’s lawsuit digs up.

Meanwhile…
