Biden Claims Republicans ‘Don’t Want Black Folks Voting’

Former Vice President Joe Biden usually gets a pass from the media, and the public in general, when he makes major gaffes because that’s just ‘crazy Uncle Joe’ being himself.

But this one is truly reprehensible, and the media needs to take him to task for such a high level of race-baiting.

During an interview with MSNBC host Al Sharpton, himself one of the most provably racist individuals in media, Biden discussed how Republican efforts to enforce voter identification laws is simply a means to disenfranchise minority voters.

“It’s what these guys are all about, man,” Biden said during the segment. “Republicans don’t want working class people voting. They don’t want black folks voting.”

Is this really the path Democrats are going to take yet again in 2020? Are all Republicans racist?

That should work out well. We definitely recommend taking the ‘call your political opponents racist’ path again, because conservatives certainly weren’t tired of it when they voted in 2016 after being called the same for eight straight years.

Biden, going in with this mindset, has said he’d be willing to run for the presidency next go-around if he can take on Trump.

Biden’s follow-up to the previous Democrat who called Republican voters a “basket of deplorables” is to now say they “don’t want black folks to vote.”

Funny, during the last election cycle ‘crazy Uncle Joe’ chastised Hillary Clinton for saying she’s most proud of the fact that Republicans are her enemies.

“I don’t think we should look at Republicans as our enemies,” he said at the time.

Now, they’re just racists who want to hold down the black community, apparently.

Biden’s just playing the political game, however. The race card is always something he’s been willing to use in his arsenal.

During the 2012 campaign, Biden told a predominantly black crowd in Virginia that the Republicans and Mitt Romney “wanted to put them all back in chains.”

Biden also drew some racial heat for describing Barack Obama in 2007 as “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”

Maybe he shouldn’t be calling anybody out as racist.

The former vice president went on during the Sharpton interview to declare voter fraud a myth and a lie perpetuated by President Trump to hold back black voters.

“It’s a lie,” he said of Trump’s claim that millions voted illegally in the 2016 election. “The assertion the president made from the beginning is a flat lie.”

That’s when he made the ‘black folks’ remark.

It’s not that Republicans don’t want blacks to vote, it’s that they don’t want people of any skin color voting illegally.

Legality is a concept Democrats tend to grapple with and lose on a consistent basis. They would prefer everybody vote no matter their legal status, no matter their citizenship, no matter their criminal background. Why? Because those same groups – illegals, non-citizens, and criminals tend to make up their base.
