Joe Biden Will Run for President in 2020 Only If He Can Take on Trump

Former Vice President Joe Biden is ready to jump into the ring with Trump!

We’ve reported previously on Biden hinting at another run for the presidency. It turns out the rumors are true: the former Veep is gearing up for a 2020 campaign, but only under one condition. Biden told a small group of donors that he’ll run for president if he can take on Trump. The reason why isn’t surprising.

Via Fox Business:

Former Vice President Joe Biden is indicating to possible campaign contributors he is seriously considering running for president in 2020 – but only if it’s against the current president, Donald Trump, because of the relatively small age difference between the two men, FOX Business has learned.

Biden has made these remarks recently in private meetings with possible Democratic contributors, many of them Wall Street executives with long ties to the former vice president under Barack Obama, according to people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Biden should really think about staying in retirement. The first bout of his hypothetical match-up with Trump has already been won – by Trump.

Weeks ago, Biden makes an off-the-cuff remark about how he’d beat the crap out of the President if they were still in high school. Trump, who’s never one to back down from a fight, shot back with his own bravado-laden tweet, basically saying that Biden should watch his mouth.

Biden was forced to apologize immediately after, in a pathetic display of cowardice. If you’re going to threaten to fight someone, you should be ready to fight them if they accept. You certainly don’t back out.

With all this talk about running for president again, Biden needs to be ready to put up or shut up.

What do you think about Biden 2020? Will he beat Trump? Tell us your thoughts below!
