Devon Archer, who served with Hunter Biden on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, is set to testify that the President was in on at least two dozen phone calls with his son’s business associates while serving as vice president between 2009 and 2017.

Archer is expected to tell the House Oversight Committee details about his friend Hunter’s business dealings and about how he used Joe Biden’s position of power to sway business partners. His testimony could come as early as Thursday.

Some of the meetings, according to New York Post reporter Mirada Devine, featured Joe in person or via speakerphone, a claim that if proven true, directly contradicts the President’s repeated insistence that he had nothing to do with his son’s business dealings.

“Hunter Biden would dial in his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone into meetings with his overseas business partners,” Devine writes.

Archer will testify, according to the report, that President Biden spoke on the phone with “Burisma bigwigs” and spoke only in “vague pleasantries” rather than offering concrete support.

The fact that the Burisma executives requested the elder Biden be put on the phone and Hunter allegedly jumped, though, no doubt provided assurances that they were pulling the puppet strings in the arrangement.

Hunter’s Friend Devon Archer Set to Testify President Was in on Business Calls

The business executives mentioned in the above scenario were allegedly Vadym Pozharskyi, a senior Burisma executive, and Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky.

A report by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security states that Hunter and Archer’s firms “made millions of dollars” from an association with Zlochevsky.

The testimony by Archer, who is currently facing jail time for his role in a $60 million bond fraud, directly contradicts statements by President Biden in which he attempted to distance himself from his son’s business dealings.

In an interview with “60 Minutes,” Biden claimed that he never discussed business dealing with Hunter.

“I’ve never discussed my business or their business, my sons or daughters,” he said. “And I’ve never discussed them because they know where I have to do my job and that’s it and they have to make their own judgments.”

Tony Bobulinski, another former business associate of Hunter’s, has said that claim of ignorance is “a blatant lie.”

In fact, Bobulinski has said for some time now that President Biden is the famed “Big Guy” mentioned in an email as the recipient of a proposed business equity split.

An email obtained by Fox News appeared to outline a payout for Biden as part of a deal with a Chinese energy firm.

It included a proposed equity split in those messages that reference “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy.”

Similar Claims

More recently, reports have surfaced of similar tactics that the President’s son allegedly engaged in using just the very presence of the then-Vice President as leverage in business dealings.

Bombshell testimony from an IRS whistleblower earlier this year led to revelations of a WhatsApp message from Hunter threatening a foreign national and using his powerful father’s name.

In fact, the alleged message shows Hunter stating that Joe is in the same room with him as he is discussing the matter.

“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter told a Chinese businessman.

“Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight,” Hunter continued threatening. “And, Z (Henry Zhao, a Chinese businessman and Communist Party official), if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”

“I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” the alarming message concluded.

The New York Post reports that the negotiation between Hunter and the recipient of the above message involved a six-figure business deal.

President Biden angrily denied he was in the room with Hunter, essentially admitting either his son lied at the time or he himself was lying at that moment.

House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R-KY) said he is eagerly anticipating Archer’s pending testimony.

“We are looking forward very much to hearing from Devon Archer about all the times he has witnessed Joe Biden meeting with Hunter Biden’s overseas business partners when he was vice president, including on speakerphone,” Comer told the Post.

It will be very interesting to see how this testimony plays out.
