Whistleblower: We Weren’t ‘Allowed’ To Ask About The ‘Big Guy’ Joe Biden

Internal Revenue Service whistleblower Gary Shapley claims that he and other IRS agents were not allowed to ask questions about President Joe Biden – the “big guy” – during their investigation of his son, Hunter.

Shapley’s allegations were initially provided in testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee last month. He fleshed out his claims in an interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier on Wednesday.

“If there is money that’s going elsewhere, whether it’s to President Biden or elsewhere, we need to follow the investigative steps to ensure that happens,” he explained. “And they were just not allowed in this particular investigation.”

Shapley added that Hunter Biden received payments totaling “around $8.3 million” from China, Ukraine, and Romania between 2014 and 2019.

But when it came to investigating any potential involvement with his father, something President Biden has denied, the avenues of exploration were allegedly shut off.

“We weren’t allowed to ask questions about dad. We weren’t allowed to ask about the big guy,” said Shapley. “We weren’t allowed to include certain names and document requests and search warrants. So we were precluded from following that line of questioning.”

Biden Whistleblower: Hindered In Ways He’s Never Seen

Biden whistleblower Shapley has consistently argued that he and other IRS agents were prevented from looking into the President’s potential role or acceptance of payments from Hunter’s business dealings.

“Among other things, we wanted to question … about an email that said: ‘Ten held by H for the big guy,’” Shapley said in his testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee. “We had obvious questions like who was H, who the big guy was, and why this percentage was to be held separately with the association hidden.”

But Shapley insists that Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf “interjected and said she did not want to ask about the big guy and stated she did not want to ask questions about ‘dad.’”

A 2017 email obtained by Fox News just prior to the 2020 presidential election appeared to outline a payout for President Biden in a joint venture with CEFC China Energy.

It included a proposed equity split of “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”

Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, has insisted the “big guy” is a reference to Joe Biden, though that has not been confirmed elsewhere.

Limiting the ability of investigators to investigate would certainly prevent any such confirmation.

Shapley said he’s never seen such levels of interference in his career.

“There were definitely hindrances that I’ve never seen before in my fourteen years concerning this investigation that didn’t allow us to follow through an investigation of any other individual, to include President Biden,” he said.

Election Interference

In yet another interview with CBS News, Shapley accused the Justice Department of interfering in the investigation into President Biden.

“There were certain investigative steps we weren’t allowed to take that could have led us to President Biden,” Shapley told CBS reporter Jim Axelrod.

He also suggested that Attorney General Merrick Garland made false statements about the “complete authority” Delaware US Attorney David Weiss had in investigating and charging Hunter.

Shapley told Baier that the investigation into Hunter Biden’s finances was put  “on the back burner” as the 2020 election approached.

He said he was so taken aback that he “had [Weiss] repeat that because I knew how important that fact was, and I wanted to make sure I understood it.”

Bombshell testimony from the IRS whistleblower also revealed a WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden threatening a foreign national and using his father’s name as leverage.

In fact, the alleged message shows Hunter stating that President Biden was in the same room with him as he is discussing the matter.

“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter told a Chinese businessman.

The New York Post reports that the negotiation between Hunter and the recipient of the message involved a six-figure business deal.

President Biden on Wednesday angrily denied he was in the room with Hunter, essentially admitting either his son lied at the time or he himself was lying at that moment.

Shapley’s credibility, meanwhile, is unmatched.

He has 14 years of experience taking on some of the largest cases at the IRS. Further, he is one of multiple whistleblowers who have come forward to allege interference, and Shapley has real-time emails corroborating his claims.

On top of all that, The New York Times has corroborated a key part of what Shapley is alleging, that “Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed.”

Will President Biden and his son ever be held accountable for their corruption? Will Merrick Garland ever be impeached for running one of the most overtly politically motivated DOJs in the history of this nation?

And will Republicans ever grow enough of a spine to do something about the Biden crime family?

Only time will tell.
