If it’s not global warming, liberals don’t want to tackle it head-on.
Hillary Clinton proved this fact yet again when she argued that the best way to stop terrorism is to “understand” other cultures:
“This is a time for us to reach out to the world,” Clinton said, “to understand more about what is happening. Not just in our own country but indeed across the globe.
“It’s a time for steady, determined leadership, like we are seeing from local authorities in London, including the mayor of London,” she said, referring to Sadiq Khan.
Let’s pause here for a second to note something disturbing. Clinton made the above comments at a Baltimore fundraiser for a youth program that sends students to Israel. Sadiq Khan, meanwhile, is a 9/11 apologist who was endorsed by anti-Semites during his 2016 campaign. Clinton couldn’t be any more tone-deaf if she tried.
But this might be the best part of Clinton’s wacky theory: if only we understand what they like to eat, maybe jihadists will finally stop killing people:
“And it is a time to remember how important our alliances are. … Getting to know one another. Learning about the experiences, the lives, the cultures, the religions, the food,” she said emphatically.
[…]
“Yes, to keep us safe, but also to expand our understanding of what we can achieve together.”
Bizarrely, this isn’t the first time Clinton has advocated for food as a weapon against terrorism. Back in 2010, then-Secretary of State Clinton fell so in love with Pakistani mangoes that CNN actually reported she could use them to fight militants:
“If Mrs. Clinton has her way in the months and years to come, Pakistan will export more of its delicious and very juicy mangoes. Americans will eat them. It will all be a part of the fight against militants.”
No wonder liberals want her to shut up.
But back to Sadiq Khan. Clinton was responding to Trump’s criticism of Khan’s handling of the London Bridge terror attack:
Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his “no reason to be alarmed” statement. MSM is working hard to sell it!

Trump is 100% correct. Khan is sympathetic to the radical Islamist cause. He probably agrees that food is the way to stop terrorism. In reality, the only way to stop it is brute force.
