Dick Morris, a former campaign adviser for Bill Clinton, is warning voters that mail-in voting could prolong the 2020 election results and leave the ultimate decision up to Chief Justice John Roberts.
Morris believes the results on Election Day could indicate a landslide victory for President Trump, only to be followed days and weeks after by discovered ballots that side with Joe Biden.
“They’ll say that Trump has 330-350 electoral votes and won a landslide,” he predicted in a podcast with host John Catsimatidis. “And then, day after day, week after week, you’re going to find another million ballots counted here, another half-million there, another quarter of a million in another place.”
“And gradually, these Democratic liberal secretaries of state who are in charge of the election in most of these blue states will say, ‘Oh, well, we’re sorry,” warned Morris. “It turns out Biden carried Wisconsin, not Trump.'”

A ‘Serious Situation’
Morris’ theory is buoyed by some actions laid out by the Democrats over the last few months. The push for mail-in voting has been accompanied by blue-state Democrats intentionally keeping their states shut down due to the pandemic, even in spite of low infection rates.
They want people to vote through mail-in ballots, where an opportunity for fraud, lost or found ballots, or mistakes can increase exponentially.

Backing up Morris’ prediction of an initial victory for Trump, a Democratic data and analytics firm has been claiming that it might appear that President Trump wins re-election on November 3rd, but could “ultimately lose when all the votes are counted.”
And prominent Democrats such as Hillary Clinton have already warned Biden not to concede the election “under any circumstances.”
Meaning they expect newly discovered ballots post-election to swing the race in Biden’s favor.

In John Roberts’ Hands
Morris believes that with the impending chaos, the election will be thrown to the Supreme Court to decide.
“Then, the Trump people will sue. But that suit will have to be in state court. The state court judges are largely liberal, largely Democrat. And they are going to say, ‘Oh, we rule in favor of the state: Biden carried it,’” he continued.
“They’ll probably go up to the federal courts. And the U.S. Supreme Court eventually will make the decision,” he surmised. “And then the entire election will be in the hands literally of John Roberts. And we’ll see what he’ll do.”
You can pretty much bet on what he’ll do. It won’t exactly be a mystery based on his track record.
This past June, Roberts cast the deciding vote in joining the court’s liberal justices in a 5-4 decision that ruled against the Trump administration’s bid to end the DACA program, despite it having been implemented illegally.

Roberts sided with the liberal court justices in May as well, ruling in favor of coronavirus restrictions on religious services in the state of California.
He subsequently ruled alongside liberals yet again in a ruling that struck down a Louisiana abortion safety law.
“This is a serious situation,” Catsimatidis announced in response to Morris predicting the election could be decided by one of the biggest debacles in Supreme Court selection history.
Indeed it is. Don’t let them steal this election, America.
