Black Lives Matter Just Got Some Bad News From Chris Christie – They’re Not Going to Like This!

While Democrat candidates for president have been falling all over themselves trying to placate the Black Lives Matter movement – from apologizing endlessly for daring to say ‘all lives matter’ to meeting behind closed doors with members of the group – at least one Republican candidate is telling them to take a hike.

At a campaign stop in Iowa yesterday, Chris Christie explained that no serious presidential candidate should lend credence to the group by meeting with them.

“I want the Black Lives Matter people to understand,” Christie demanded.  “Don’t call me for a meeting. You’re not getting one.”

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie says the Black Lives Matter movement need not bother calling him for a meeting as they have Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton.

“Don’t call and ask me for a meeting. You’re not getting one,” Christie said during an Iowa campaign appearance on Wednesday, the Washington Examiner reports.

“When I’m president of the United States, [law enforcement will] finally have a president who will have their back, and have it every day,” said Christie, a former federal prosecutor.

Fellow Republican Ted Cruz had previously stated he’s willing to meet with any group, but said he had concerns with Black Lives Matter because they not only embrace but “celebrate” the murder of police officers.

Comment: Clearly neither candidate is a fan of the movement, but which one is right – Ted Cruz, who said he would meet with them, or Christie, who flat-out won’t meet with them?  Tell us why below.
