Biden Plans To ‘Immediately’ Introduce Immigration Legislation, Authorize Criminal Investigation Of Family Separations

Joe Biden plans to "immediately" introduce immigration reform legislation upon being sworn in as President later this month.

Joe Biden plans to “immediately” introduce immigration reform legislation upon being sworn in as President in just a few days.

“I will introduce an immigration bill immediately,” Biden told reporters at a press conference last week.

Incredibly, the former Vice President plans to engage his Department of Justice (DOJ) in a criminal investigation of the family separation program under the Trump administration.

“There will be a thorough, thorough investigation of who is responsible, and whether or not the responsibility is criminal,” he announced.

Biden says the determination of whether to pursue such an investigation will fall into the hands of his pick for Attorney General, Merrick Garland.

Biden’s Immigration Reform Efforts Will Undo Everything Trump Did

Late last month, Joe Biden, in discussing any potential Attorney General pick, said he would not intercede into an investigation of his son, Hunter.

“It will be up to the purview of an attorney general in his administration to determine how to handle any investigation,” incoming White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced.

Any investigation?

What will Biden do if Garland investigates possible criminality in Trump’s family separation policies and discovers the same tactics were being used under the Obama administration?

Thomas Homan, the executive associate director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the Obama-Biden administration, says he was there when they were building cages to house illegal immigrants.

“I’ve been to that facility, where they talk about cages. That facility was built under President Obama under Secretary Jeh Johnson,” Homan explained at a conference hosted by the Center for Immigration Studies.

“I was there when it was built.”

Biden might be surprised to learn that he was Vice President under Obama at the time.

Biden Set To Grant Amnesty, Open Up Borders

Biden announced in December that he intends to hire a “high-ranking” official at the DOJ whose sole job and focus will be to systematically undo President Trump’s immigration policies.

CNN reported prior to that that Biden was poised to unleash “a flurry” of executive orders aimed at “undoing” the Trump administration’s efforts to reform key government agencies, including possible action on immigration.

“I’m going to make a commitment in the first 100 days, I will send an immigration bill to the United States Senate with a pathway to citizenship for over 11 million undocumented people in America,” Biden vowed during an NBC interview.

During the presidential campaign, Biden said that he would create a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens because “we owe them.”

Reports surfaced in December indicating there are migrant caravans ready to travel to the southern border as an “early test” for the Biden administration and their promised efforts to abolish President Trump’s substantial immigration reforms.

The only thing criminal here is Biden’s willingness to sacrifice the safety and security of the American people.
