It’s completely laughable that Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby says that she has “a duty to ensure a fair and impartial process for all parties involved,” and that she “will not be baited into litigating this case through the media,” when she has done everything in her power to railroad the six Baltimore Police officers indicted in the death of Freddie Gray.
The Baltimore police officers have had anything but a fair and impartial process.
Mosby, in a now infamous interview, laid out all of the main evidence and facts of the case, and told the thugs that she heard their racist calls for no “justice no peace.”
But now that there is an autopsy report that will hurt Marilyn Mosby’s witchhunt against these police officers and she doesn’t want to release the report. She plans to seek a protective order that will block the release of Freddie Gray’s autopsy report and other documents.
She wants to prevent the defense from saying anything to the media, even after she told the public what she wanted them to know and told the rioters, sorry protesters, what they wanted to hear.
Now that the case is falling apart, she wants to hide how she went after these officers based solely on emotions and to satisfy the rioters.
What if it turns out that the evidence shows they are innocent? If the “block” holds and the police will be found innocent, but the public will never know why. There will be more rioting and hatred of the police. And that plays right into Mosby’s and Obama’s hands.
