April Ryan Takes Cheap Shot at Sarah Sanders On Her Way Out

Sarah Sanders April Ryan

CNN reporter April Ryan took a cheap shot at Sarah Huckabee Sanders after the latter announced she was leaving her post as White House Press Secretary.

It wasn’t even a particularly impressive jab either, sounding more like a bitter pre-teen than an adult working in the journalism profession.

“She suffers from lie-abetes and her tenure has been fraught with sex, lies, and videotape,” Ryan alleged. “From the moment she stepped into that position, there were lies from that podium from her mouth.”

Lie-abetes. She had to have spent months trying to come up with that one.

Ryan then made the laughable assertion that Sanders “could not face the heat” of fielding questions from rank amateurs like herself.

It’s pretty obvious Ryan has found some courage now that Sanders is on the way out, especially after getting sufficiently smacked around by the Press Secretary for so many years. It’s sad, really.

“She has lied, lied, lied, lied,” Ryan continued, before accusing Sanders of using a “propaganda video that she put out about our own Jim Acosta saying, you know, he hit someone when he indeed didn’t.”

Speaking of Lie-abetes

Funny she should mention propaganda and lies involving Acosta.

Funny because Ryan herself concocted a story months ago about Trump supporters putting Acosta’s life in danger when in reality he was taking selfies with the crowd.

“This president, President Donald. J. Trump, has stoked the flames for reporters to feel like their lives, their safety, their lives are in jeopardy at these rallies,” she whined in discussing an event Acosta covered.

And here was Acosta posting images of his life supposedly being in jeopardy …

Sanders Faced the Heat … And Then Some

During her tenure in the White House, Sanders had absolutely no qualms dealing with ‘the heat’ from reporters like April Ryan.

It was just last month that she crushed Ryan when the CNN journo said Trump had to start “lopping heads off,” accusing Sanders of lying to the media.

“I certainly never had anybody say I should be decapitated — this takes us to a new low even for the liberal media,” Sanders said during a Fox & Friends interview. “I think it just once again proves why this journalist isn’t taken seriously.”

Cold as ice. Doesn’t even mention her by name, and still points out that nobody takes Ryan seriously.

There are plenty of other examples – sometimes mundane – like Ryan accusing Sanders of not being able to bake a pie, and Sanders responding by baking her a pie.

Other times, Ryan gets obliterated.

The CNN reporter once questioned White House criticism of Democrats after Trump’s State of the Union speech when they acted incredibly un-American, and Sanders promptly turned that around in a hurry.

We have a feeling Sanders is going to be just fine heading back to Arkansas. We look forward to liberal heads exploding should she announce a run for governor.
