Talk about being triggered!
Actress Alyssa Milano has been a nagging voice against President Trump, but our Commander-in-Chief doesn’t recognize her feeble attempts to respond.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller dropped a bombshell on Friday evening that resulted in former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort turning himself in for a variety of crimes not related to the campaign today. Some conservatives believe Mueller did this to hide his possible criminal actions in the Uranium One deal, as he was the FBI director in charge at the time and knew of bribery, kickbacks, and money laundering by Russia before Barack Obama signed over 20 percent of America’s uranium.
If Milano feels so strongly about the revolution, she should leave her hashtag with her security detail and stand in the middle of the intersection of Hollywood and Vine at rush hour. That should do the trick.

See here’s the thing: Alyssa has already made it through one difficult transition when she went from child actor to grown-up actress. Good for her. But, talent aside, she has always relied heavily on her “cuteness” and her good looks for much of her success.
As she now approaches her 45th birthday, that talent will have to become more and more important as her youth and looks begin to take a back seat. I think this is a new personal transition that is freaking her out. After all, does she really have the abilities of, say, Judi Densch or Helen Mirren to carry her through to the mature roles that are in her future?

She’s a Z-lister and really not my go-to girl for political wisdom, but it is worth noting that you do not have to be a member of the “Resistance” to know that firing a special counsel is a horrible idea. That would be the equivalent of dropping a (metaphorical) nuclear bomb in Washington.
If the Mueller investigation is predicated on intelligence gleaned from using Hillary’s dossier as the basis of warrants, then fruit of the poisonous tree applies. Alyssa has been in Hollywood so long that she doesn’t know the difference between fact and fiction.
