‘Will & Grace’ Star Debra Messing Claims Trump ‘Owns Every Death’ From Coronavirus

Quite the claim.

Messing Trump

“Will & Grace” star Debra Messing, who is known for both her acting career and her radically liberal views, just claimed that President Donald Trump is responsible for every American death from coronavirus.

Messing took to Twitter to respond to unclassified documents published by The Daily Beast that they claim were sent to Trump’s White House by the U.S. Army warning of a worst case scenario of 80 million people being infected with coronavirus. The documents, which the publication claims were sent to Trump two months ago, warn that up to 500,000 could be hospitalized and as many as 150,000 could die.

“HE. F***ING. KNEW. 150,000 Americans DEAD,” Messing tweeted. “And he did NOTHING. #TrumpOwnsEveryDeath.”

At the time of this writing, over 266,000 Americans have been infected with coronavirus, and 6,803 Americans have died from it.

This is far from the first time that Messing has launched this kind of deranged attack on Trump. Last month, she pushed the false narrative that Trump had called the coronavirus pandemic a “hoax” by sharing a deceptively edited video on her Twitter page. In reality, Trump only described the left’s efforts to politicize the coronavirus as a “hoax.”

“LIAR-IN-CHIEF. #Maga have been unmoved by the 16500 lies 45 has made since elected,” Messing tweeted at the time. “Now that innumerable people (including MAGA) will die, because of his lies and inaction, I wonder if MAGA will recognize that 45 must be voted out?”

Messing also claimed back in February that Trump “puts Americans in mortal danger” alongside a two year-old Washington Post article about proposed budget cuts to the CDC that never actually took place, so we aren’t exactly dealing with the sharpest tool in the shed here.

It’s unfortunate that performers like Messing think that being famous makes them an expert on all-things political when they are clearly just hopelessly ignorant. Messing should really stick to what she does best, which is play pretend for a living, and leave the politics up to those of us who actually have brains.
