White Actor Michael McKean Calls Rapper Lil Wayne A ‘Sellout’ For Praising Trump’s Platinum Plan

“Better Call Saul” actor Michael McKean called Lil Wayne a “sellout” after the rapper met with President Donald Trump and praised the President’s Platinum Plan for black communities.

The purpose of Trump’s plan is to strengthen the economic and educational health of black communities.

Lil Wayne Touts ‘Great Meeting’ With President Trump

White actor McKean shared a tweet mocking the rapper, who is African American.

To date, Lil Wayne has not endorsed Trump.

Lil Wayne did say that he had a “great” meeting with the president.

Lil Wayne tweeted Thursday “Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus.”

“Besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done,” the rapper said.

In response, McKean tweeted, “Loving the new Lil Wayne album, Da Sellout.”

Is McKean, a white man, trying to tell a black man who he should vote for based on his race?

How is this much different than Joe Biden telling African Americans “you ain’t black” if you didn’t support him?

Going after Republicans is nothing new for McKean, who has long used his social media to highlight his Democrat views.

What’s In Trump’s Platinum Plan?

The Platinum Plan unveiled by President Trump has numerous proposals to improve conditions in the black community. Among them:

• Prosecuting the KKK and Antifa as terrorist organizations
• Making Juneteenth a federal holidy
• Establish economic opportunity zones
• Make lynching a national hate crime
• Additional criminal justice reform
• Tax cuts for minority owned businesses
• Expanding school choice

Is The Left’s Gatekeeping Of Black Voices Racist?

Saturday Night Live also mocked Lil Wayne along with fellow rapper Ice Cube during a segment, for both hip-hop artists’ good words about President Trump’s Platinum Plan. 

Founding member of the legendary hip-hop group NWA, Ice Cube, has been criticized by the left for working with the Trump campaign, to make “some adjustments” to the Platinum Plan. 

Here comes the disgusting cancel culture from the Left.

Ice Cube and Lil’ Wayne are passionate advocates for closing the wealth gap, criminal justice reform and police reform. They should be commended for getting active in the public policy debate.

Of course, Kanye West working with President Trump also ruffled the left, who also criticized the musical artists for somehow selling out.

Why can’t these successful men make their own political decisions? Or does the left not respect them enough to respect their decisions?

Or is it always about race, and Dems – including Joe Biden – insist that African Americans can only vote Democrat?
