Tucker Carlson claims a whistleblower within the United States government provided information that the Biden administration – particularly the NSA – has been spying on the Fox News host’s texts and emails as a means “to take this show off the air.”
Carlson made the startling accusation during a Monday night broadcast.
“The whistleblower, who is in a position to know, repeated back to us information about a story that we are working on, that could have only come directly from my texts and emails,” the anchor claimed.
“There’s no other possible source for that information, period,” he continued. “The NSA captured that information without our knowledge, and did it for political reasons.”
Carlson alleged that his show has “confirmed” the information but they are actively seeking further evidence.
“The Biden administration is spying on us. We have confirmed that,” he declared.
“This morning we filed an FOIA request asking for all information that the NSA and other agencies have gathered about this show.”

Tucker Carlson Believes the Biden NSA Is Spying on Him
Fox News host Tucker Carlson alleges that the Biden administration and the NSA are engaged in a “crime” over their alleged efforts in spying on him and his show.
“It’s illegal for the NSA to spy on American citizens, it’s a crime,” he stated. “It’s not a third-world country. Things like that should not happen in America.”
In addition to filing an FOIA regarding the NSA’s supposed spying, Carlson said his show has reached out to the FBI and NSA’s press offices.
He is calling on Congress to act, stating once again that his show has ‘confirmed’ the spying.
“Spying on opposition journalists is incompatible with democracy,” Carlson continued.
“If they are doing it to us – and again, they are definitely doing it to us – they are almost certainly doing it to others,” he said. “This is scary, and we need to stop it right away.”
The House Committee on Oversight and Reform should immediately and thoroughly investigate @TuckerCarlson‘s claim that the NSA is spying on him.
If this is indeed true, criminal charges should be brought on those who have violated this private citizen’s rights.

Accusations of Spying
Former President Trump spent years accusing the Obama administration – with Joe Biden as Vice President – of spying on his campaign in 2016.
“The biggest scandal was when they spied on my campaign,” Trump said during a ’60 Minutes’ interview just prior to the election.
The media often refuted the accusations and refused to investigate the claims.
Sen. Charles Grassley though has said, “The FBI ran confidential informants against multiple Trump campaign aides in the lead-up to the 2016 election.”
“They aggressively sought and received secret warrants to eavesdrop on Carter Page’s communications – warrants that were repeatedly renewed despite many critical flaws and omissions of exculpatory evidence. These facts are indisputable,” Grassley said.
“Call it whatever you want to call it, but if this isn’t spying, I don’t know what is.”
In response to Sen. Grassley’s question on whether “spying by the FBI and other agencies on the Trump campaign was properly predicated,” William Barr says people in his department are helping him “review activities over the summer of 2016.” https://t.co/aGN6qngT4t pic.twitter.com/5O44lVsYLH

Fact-checker Politifact has labeled such claims of spying on the Trump campaign as ‘false.’
“Multiple independent investigations, including a series of bipartisan Senate reports, found no political influence over the FBI investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election,” they wrote.
“The FBI targeted four people with greater or lesser roles in the Trump campaign, but conducted that independently of the White House.”
What Stahl does not mention: Carter Page, George Papadoupoulos, Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, ‘Azra Turk,’ Stefan Halper, the 8/30/2016 FBI briefing, the 1/6/17 ICA briefing, and more. Taken all together, by any reasonable definition, that’s spying. 3/3 End.

Declassified memos as part of a report in 2017 indicated that, according to The Hill, “The (NSA) and FBI violated specific civil liberty protections during the Obama administration by improperly searching and disseminating raw intelligence on Americans.”
“Americans should be alarmed that the NSA is vacuuming up their emails and phone calls without a warrant,” said Patrick Toomey, an ACLU staff attorney in New York, at the time.
Tucker Carlson’s accusations of NSA spying under the Biden administration are sure to reignite fears that conservatives have regarding government organizations targeting their activities.
