A new poll, one that absolutely must come as a shock to Democrats and the mainstream media, shows that a large majority of Americans support President Trump’s temporary travel ban from seven countries known for terrorist activity.
Far from being as controversial as the left-wing media complex has tried to portray, 55% of Americans say they support the order, while only 38% disapprove. That is what’s known as a landslide.
Of the 55%, a majority (35%) say they “strongly approve” of the temporary halt on travel.
In fact, it is considered one of the most popular executive orders signed by President Trump to date.

President Donald Trump’s executive order barring refugees and citizens from seven majority-Muslim countries from entering the US is one of his most popular so far, according to a new poll from Morning Consult and Politico.
The order has a 55% approval rating (with 35% saying they “strongly approve”) with only 38% of voters polled saying they disapprove of it.
Opinions about the ban fall along partisan lines — 82% of Republicans support the ban, while 65% of Democrats oppose it.
This directly contradicts a CNN poll from around the same time which claimed a majority opposed the travel ban. That poll prompted Trump to say this:
Any negative polls are fake news, just like the CNN, ABC, NBC polls in the election. Sorry, people want border security and extreme vetting.

Looks like he may have been right!
More bad news for liberals trying to portray President Trump’s orders as antithetical to American values? The only order more popular than the travel ban is the one that revokes federal funding for sanctuary cities. That’s another action the left vehemently opposes and decries as ‘un-American.’
