With the spotlight of a presidential race comes great responsibility–and this one is a doozy!
As a down-the-middle conservative writer who was once a Democrat, I find it easier to report down-the-middle than most because I want what is best for my country first and foremost.
@CarlyFiorina Please clean up the unpaid supplier bills from the 2010 campaign. Please. You can make this go away.

As the media likes to call it, “Surging” Carly Fiorina might have hit a huge snag. Information has been uncovered detailing Fiorina’s failure to pay workers from her failed 2010 California Senate campaign, Reuters reports. In fact, Fiorina, who is worth an estimated $120 million, owed nearly half a million dollars to staffers, vendors, consultants, strategists, and legal experts according to Federal Election filings. One of the outstanding payments due was to her political strategist Joe Shumate who died one month before Election Day as first reported by the Washington Post.
.@CarlyFiorina’s business acumen? Stiff the vendors and don’t pay your bills. http://t.co/O6TuKrIHfo — Jason Smith (@jfredricsmith) October 5, 2015

Reuters also reported, nine months after Fiorina lost the election, she paid $6.1 million for a 5-acre (2. hectare) waterfront estate in Virginia, near Washington, D.C. The house has no mortgage, property records show.
Some people didn’t appreciate not being paid until Fiorina was in the public limelight again, so 12 out of 30 former staffers told Reuters they wouldn’t work for her again. They’d rather go to Iraq than work for her, one of them said.
How can anyone defend this? Now, I am sure she and some of her supporters will try to defend this, but if this gains traction, the only support Fiorina will have will be the media as her base will dry up.

Hey, at least you know what you’re getting when you vote for Republican Carly Fiorina because her idea of success never changes. Like Mitt Romney, Fiorina seems to put a lot of stock in her own entitlement and worthiness. But regular workers, not so much.
How many of you find this shocking? If you were a Carly Fiorina supporter will this sway your vote? Add your comments below and share this with your twitter/facebook timeline.
