Senator Al Franken Accused of Non-Consensual Groping

Well well well, what have we here?

It appears that a prominent Democrat – emphasis on Democrat – has been accused of groping a female without her consent.

Senator Al Franken has been accused of harassing a member of the USO Tour group. Her harrowing account of Franken’s perverted behavior was shared on 790 KABC. It has to be read to be believed.

Leeann Tweeden writes about Franken, “He repeated that actors really need to rehearse everything and that we must practice the kiss. I said ‘OK’ so he would stop badgering me. We did the line leading up to the kiss and then he came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth.”

Gross!

But it didn’t stop there.  Tweeden continues: “The tour wrapped and on Christmas Eve we began the 36-hour trip home to L.A. After 2 weeks of grueling travel and performing I was exhausted. When our C-17 cargo plane took off from Afghanistan I immediately fell asleep, even though I was still wearing my flak vest and Kevlar helmet.”

That’s when the above photo was taken.

What makes it all the more ironic is that Franken prides himself of having stopped sexual harassment in the military:

Well, I guess he wants justice for some, not for all, and especially not women he forcibly kisses and gropes.

I’m shocked, I tell you, shocked that this man is accused of being a pervert:

So what now? With the ongoing scandal around Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, and multiple lawmakers demanding he end his campaign, there’s no excuse for Franken to remain a senator any longer. He needs to step down. If Moore is a disgusting pervert, so is Franken, and he shouldn’t be a public official.
