Bad publicity will hurt sales every time, no matter how big your company is and how much money you make. It looks like Amazon is learning that lesson the hard way.
After the allegations about sexual abuse by Harvey Weinstein came to light, many companies are now clearing out their closets of questionable employees.
Power corrupts – especially when you shelter it.
Amazon programming chief Roy Price has been suspended in the wake of sexual harassment accusations from a TV producer. Looks like Hollywood and elite figures who were going after President Trump with reckless abandon are being crushed under the weight of their own hypocrisy.

Variety reports: “’Roy Price is on leave of absence effective immediately,’ an Amazon spokesperson told Variety Thursday. ‘We are reviewing our options for our projects we have with the Weinstein Company.'”
Here’s more from the report: “On Thursday, reports resurfaced of an alleged harassment incident involving Price and Isa Hackett, an executive producer on Amazon original series ‘The Man in the High Castle’ and the daughter of science-fiction author Philip K. Dick.”
The ironic part is, if not for the severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has infected liberals, none of this would be happening. Their intense hatred of Trump is actually creating an environment where liberals are suffering from karma. They are beginning to eat their own and it’s enjoyable to watch.
The sexual hellhole that is Hollywood is starting to infect other parts of American life. It doesn’t have to be this way. It’s not the way God planned our lives. Our hope is in the Lord, period. He alone has the wisdom, plans, and dreams for us to live whole and healthy lives.
Amazon is not above the law when it comes to having to abide by workplace guidelines. If Price was doing this, he should be more than suspended. He should be fired. I am sure they are investigating it before they make any long-lasting decision.
