Former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney blasted President Obama and said “the world around us is going to hell” under his administration.
Romney took exception to the President’s foreign policy, which he said “has been so ineffective.”

Mitt Romney presented a harsh critique of President Obama‘s job performance Tuesday, telling radio host Hugh Hewitt, “the world around us is going to hell.”
Hewitt asked Romney to reflect on the 2012 debate when Obama blasted then-candidate Romney on his foreign policy. Romney said the exchange reflect a “sad commentary” on why Obama “has been so ineffective.”
“I find it troubling and revealing,” Romney said. “The world around us is going to hell, and the president takes no responsibility.”
Romney said Obama and current presidential candidate Hillary Clinton “don’t admit to making any mistakes” and “tell us everything’s under control, and frankly they’re responsible for much of the mess we’re seeing in the world.”

As a candidate, Romney predicted such things as Russia being our number one geo-political foe, the takeover of Mali by al-Qaida, warned that Iraq was at risk without American troops to stabilize it, and predicted the spread of radical Islam.
In short, Mitt was far better equipped to predict and deal with these crises than our current commander-in-chief.
Romney, who was essentially mocked by Obama for his foreign policy predictions, said the campaign exchanges were a ‘sad commentary.’
It is sad. Perhaps had Romney won the election the world wouldn’t currently be on a fast track to hell.
