Retired Lt. Col. Ralph Peters is clearly fed up with the Obama administration for “protecting” Saudi Arabia “at the expense of the American people.”
Peters took issue with the fact that the Obama administration has refused to release 28 classified pages of the 9/11 Commission Report, pages that allegedly implicate Saudi involvement in the deadliest attack in American history.
“Where are the politicians with integrity, who will stand up for Americans and say, ‘Hey Saudi [Arabia], game over’?” Peters asked.
He also charged that the White House has “put the happiness of the Saudi royal family above the survivors of 9/11.”
Via Fox News Insider:
“They are protecting the Saudis at the expense of the American people,” said Fox News’ strategic analyst.
“They put the happiness of the Saudi royal family above the survivors of 9/11. It is an incredible thing. Again, we have allowed the Saudis to buy so much influence in this country. That’s another deep obscenity.”
Peters said that “the Saudis are barbarians with credit cards,” pointing out that “they’ve successfully bought their way into the United States, making individuals and corporations rich.”
“They’ve gotten away quite literally with murder,” he added.
Peters went on to explain that Saudi Arabia is “pushing the most radical form of Islam, this jihadi Islam, on mainstream American Muslims” and the Obama administration “tolerates it.”
Think Peters is being hyperbolic? Think again.
The administration is currently pressuring Congress to squash a bill that would allow victims of 9/11 and other terrorist attacks to sue foreign governments such as Saudi Arabia.
Why? Because that bill has been opposed by the Saudi Arabian government (for obvious reasons since a majority of the 9/11 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia) which has threatened to sell off billions in American assets should the bill be passed.
Naturally, that threat led the Obama administration to immediately bow into submission.
Now, there’s this – Obama has approved the release of nine more Guantanamo Bay terrorists into the hands of the Saudi Arabian government.
Via the Daily Caller:
The Obama administration’s most recent decision to transfer terrorists from the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba will send nine detainees to Saudi Arabia — the birthplace of al-Qaida founder Osama bin Laden and 15 of the 19 terrorists who perpetrated the attacks on September 11, 2001.
The Pentagon announced the transfer Saturday, thanking the Saudi government for its “humanitarian gesture.” The transfer is the most recent step in President Barack Obama’s decision to close the detention facility via an executive order he signed in the first week of his presidency.
Here’s video of the terrorists arriving in Saudi Arabia and being reunited with their families …
Peters is right – Obama is protecting Saudi Arabians and terrorists at the expense of the American people.
Comment: President Obama has clearly chosen sides in the war on terror. Whose side do you think he’s on?
