President Fires Back After Shepard Smith Claims El Paso Shooter Used ‘Language of Trump’

Fox News anchor Shepard Smith parroted leftist talking points regarding the El Paso shooter, and Trump fired back by saying even watching CNN is better.

Smith began with his usual shtick, reporting news from a far-left tilt, linking the President’s rhetoric to the motivation behind the man who killed 22 people in a shooting rampage this past weekend.

The mainstream media has been reporting that the shooter posted a manifesto in which he blamed a ‘Hispanic invasion’ for angering him to the point where he took these heinous actions.

“An attack that the alleged shooter wrote was in response to a ‘Hispanic invasion of Texas,'” Smith reportedly said during his broadcast. “It’s the language of President Trump.”

President Fuming

Shortly thereafter, the President took to social media and eviscerated the pro-illegal anchor.

“Watching Fake News CNN is better than watching Shepard Smith, the lowest-rated show on @FoxNews,” he wrote. “Actually, whenever possible, I turn to @OANN!”

To be fair, everybody should change the channel when Shep comes on.

Trump not only slammed Smith as being worse than CNN, but he even encouraged his numerous followers to watch a different show whenever he’s on the air.

Smith kept the feud going by snidely responding “too bad” in a later segment.

“Good afternoon Mr. President,” the man auditioning for a job at MSNBC said upon returning from commercial break. “It’s nice to have you with us.”

“Some of them [viewers] are not too happy, which is too bad,” Smith later said referring again to the President.

What’s ‘Too Bad’ Is That Shep Continues to Deliver Fake News

Aside from creating a false link between Trump and the El Paso shooter, Shepard Smith has a detailed resume of creating his own fake news.

Late last year, as a migrant caravan was heading for the U.S. border, Smith mocked the President and said the illegal aliens represented no threat.

“There is no invasion. No one’s coming to get you. There’s nothing at all to worry about,” he said.

He helped perpetuate an extremist Democrat myth that border holding stations are equivalent to concentration camps, claiming the administration was acting like war criminals in violation of the Geneva Conventions.

For years now, Smith has looked like a consistently befuddled man, lost on a network that prides itself on being fair and balanced, both virtues he does not possess.

Trump’s right. Fox won’t get the hint until people start tuning to a different network.
