Disrespectful fast food employees at Wendy’s refused to serve a uniformed police officer in Texas this week.
No doubt these low-level workers were indoctrinated by the Black Lives Matter movement’s anti-police lies.
According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram,
A Fort Worth Police Department patrol supervisor went into Wendy’s at Trail Lake Drive and Interstate 20 in southwest Fort Worth at 6 p.m., said police spokesman Sgt. Marc Povero. As he walked to the counter, the employees turned their backs and walked to the back of the kitchen.
The employees stayed in the back and wouldn’t take his order, Povero said. The officer was the only person in the restaurant at the time, and the drive-through employee made eye contact with him and didn’t help him. He left, believing they refused to serve him because he was an officer in uniform.
The Fort Worth Police Department first reported the incident to Wendy’s via Twitter.
@Wendys at Trail Lake and I20 would not serve one of our uniformed officers tonight? #whatsthebeef

Wendy’s responded almost immediately to the tweet.

Wendy’s prompt attention smoothed over the situation to the satisfaction of the police.

Wendy’s also put out an official statement saying:
In response to the media inquiries in regards to the service of a police office[r] at Wendy’s, please know this appears to be an unfortunate misunderstanding. In fact, this restaurant welcomes and offers free meals and discounts to all members of law enforcement in recognition of their service. We value and respect our local police officers and what they do to protect our community, we have been in touch with the police department and we hope to resolve this matter quickly.
Already the officers are seeing an outpouring of support from the community with people offering gift cards for their next meal.
@flan5000 thank you. You can drop it off at our HQ

This is just the latest in a series of incidents of employees refusing to serve our brave men and women in uniform. Shameful! But at least this story had a happy ending.
What do you do to support your local police force? Tell us your ideas in the comments section below!
My father was in law enforcement. Like a professions there is good and bad. But what this president has opened his lying mouth has set back the division of the races 50 years and has caused police officers to be murdered and 90% of the time they kill a good cop. When racist, criminal groups as BLM get recondition from worthless, treasonous politicians it emboldens them to illegaly do more. If they must be racist let them be racist in another country . Syria or Iran sound good.
I SUPPORT THE ONES IN BLUE.
IF ANYONE REFUSES TO SERVE THOSE IN BLUE,SHOULD BE FIRED,ON THE SPOT.RESPECT THOSE THAT PROTECT US.
What’s wrong with these guys?
They expect free meals???
That’s just BS, PAY like the rest of us. Loose some weight and get fit, eating that crap will kill you anyway.
This wouldn’t be a case of the little piggies with their snout in the trough now would it????
Of course it would you dills !!!
THEY DIDN’T ASK FOR FREE MEALS.
LEARN TO READ,BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Perhaps these “low level” workers are just reminding ordinary officers that they are tainted by the bad apples in their ranks and every bad apple protected by their policing culture of “look the other way” hurts them as well.
