President Donald Trump has done such a strong job leading the nation that he’s convinced at least one vehement anti-Trumper to vote for him in 2020.
During a Trump rally in Tampa, Fla., on July 31, Fox News interviewed a man who said that Trump’s tax cuts and Supreme Court picks have turned him into a supporter. “I was worried he wouldn’t be a good Republican and honestly, he has changed my mind a lot,” the man said. “The best thing he has done, in my opinion, is the tax cuts and the Supreme Court pick.”
“I didn’t vote for anybody this very last election. But this time around [in 2020], I will probably vote for him,” he added.

After the rally, the man was identified on social media as Florida Republican Mohammed Shaker. Shaker posted about his experience at the Trump rally on Facebook – and he completely dispelled the liberal narrative that all Trump supporters are mindless bigots. “I think it’s safe to say that the rumor of Trump supporters being racists is a bit over-exaggerated,” Shaker wrote.
He also urged other Never-Trump Republicans to take off their blinders and give Trump’s policies a fair chance.
Shaker is correct, of course. Never-Trumpers are suffering from the very same unfortunate condition as liberals: Trump Derangement Syndrome. Trump could cure cancer, put an end to world hunger, and eliminate the deficit and sufferers of TDS would still demonize him just because he’s Donald Trump. As Trump would say: Sad!
When Trump Derangement Syndrome is out of control(I’ve been bored and exhausted of it for a year now), the Media and the Neoconservatives, and the 2018 Progressives and Democrats are all butthurt about the same thing then you know that ‘thing’ might actually be a very ok thing.

Sane and rational people, on the other hand, recognize the great work Trump has done on America’s economy, and they will undoubtedly want him to continue those efforts in 2020.
