The View co-host Meghan McCain blasted Senator Rand Paul for calling on the media to out the Ukraine whistleblower, saying his remarks are ‘crazy.’
The Political Insider covered speculative reports on the identity of the whistleblower as CIA officer Eric Ciaramella, a registered Democrat who worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan.
The mainstream media has yet to name him. Paul demanded they do so.
“I say tonight to the media: do your job and print his name,” Paul said at a Kentucky rally for President Trump.
McCain’s response was simple: “I hate him.”
“He sounds so crazy,” she added. “Why does he sound so crazy? He does.”

View co-host and noted legal scholar, Whoopi Goldberg, responded to McCain’s pre-teen whining that Senator Rand Paul sounds “so crazy” by explaining why.
“Because he has forgotten the rule of law,” Goldberg claimed, failing to note that any time the media wants to out somebody involving President Trump or any of his associates, the ladies of The View would have zero complaints.
“Had Nixon tried to do this to anyone we would have had him out, said, ‘No, that’s not how the law works, the Constitution doesn’t work like that, that’s not how the law works,” Goldberg, who has no clue how the law works, seethed.
The duo sounded like a bunch of squawking ‘wacko birds’ as the late Senator John McCain might have said.

McCain’s hatred of Rand Paul echoes that of her father who once claimed the Senator “is now working for Vladimir Putin.”
McCain’s comments came after Paul blocked an attempt to vote on a treaty for NATO membership for Montenegro in 2017.
“If there is objection, you are achieving the objectives of Vladimir Putin,” McCain said. “You are achieving the objectives of trying to dismember this small country, which has already been the subject of an attempted coup.”
The late Senator referred to Paul and fellow Senators Ted Cruz and Justin Amash as “wacko birds” in 2013 and criticized the former for a nearly 13-hour filibuster that pressured the Obama administration to clarify its position on the use of domestic drones.
“It’s always the wacko birds on right and left that get the media megaphone,” he said at the time.
Nowadays they get a megaphone on shows like The View.

Oh, he's paying the fiddler alright. A special, place for McCain.
Yes, he was. Sometimes I wonder if it was a set-up of the democrats by the RINO's
Which is exactly why the dossier reached McCain - so he would get another to make sure it got to the FBI. He was used by opos knowing he'd knife another Republican in the back to look like a hero!
Of course the FBI was only trying to "make it public" to convince FISA court it was "out there"
McCain was a tool they knew he'd knife his party in the back!
The "apple" didn't fall far from the tree. She's her dad incarnate. I never considered her to be middle of the road and she's proven to be an intolerant left. As a conservative she is a poser. If you would say she is GOP, I would say RINO.
Yeah, well he;s not fond of you either.
And we hate Songbird's daughter, Megan McCain!
Your daddy got the dossier to democrats. He was a turncoat twice.
That's ok miss piggy we all hate you
She IS her father's daughter, after all. 'Nuff said.
Sorry, honey. A lot more people despised your father more than they do Rand Paul, so have your little rant if it makes you feel better.
