Maxine Waters Calls Trump ‘Deplorable,’ Insists Congress Can Remove Him Using 25th Amendment
Representative Maxine Waters called President Trump a “deplorable human being” and suggested her congressional colleagues implement the 25th Amendment to remove him from the White House.
Waters, whose knowledge of the Constitution can only be viewed through a microscope, made the comments during an interview with MSNBC this past weekend.
The California Democrat took issue with media claims that the President called into question the eligibility of Senator Kamala Harris to run as Vice President.
As he is known to do, Trump simply took the reporter’s question about her eligibility and turned it around on them.
“I have no idea if that’s right. I would have assumed the Democrats would have checked it before she gets chosen to run for vice president,” he replied. “But that’s a very serious … You’re saying that they’re saying that she doesn’t qualify because she wasn’t born in this country?”
The reporter tossed it out there, Trump replied, and somehow it’s the President who is the birther and not the media.
Waters Screeches: He’s Deplorable
Trump campaign adviser Jason Miller has since shut down any conversation over Harris’ eligibility to run for national office saying, “In our opinion, it’s case closed.”
Waters, fed the false narrative by the MSNBC reporter despite that fact, expressed her dismay with the President.
“The President of the United States of America is unbelievably divisive. The president lies,” she accused, practically describing Barack Obama.
“This is a president that is the most deplorable human being that I have ever encountered in my life,” she added, “and he’s undermining our democracy.”
Whoa, wait a minute. Undermining our democracy? Where is she going with this one?
Turns out, Waters used the Harris conversation as a jumping point to claim President Trump is trying to steal the election by allegedly destroying the United States Postal Service.

Break Out the 25th Amendment
Waters is so adament about the President trying to rig the election through the USPS, that she wants her colleagues to issue an “injunction” against Trump and have him removed from office.
“As a matter of fact, when you couple that with what he’s doing, undermining our democracy, tearing up our post office, I believe that it is time for Section 4 of Amendment 25 to be put in place and his cabinet should send to Nancy Pelosi, the speaker, as identified in the Constitution, that this man should be removed from office,” the low-IQ Democrat suggested.
Of course, a quick perusing of Section 4 shows the Amendment is not applicable for what she is alleging.
It’s implementation, in part reads, when the “President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.”
Trump is fully capable, which is driving Auntie Maxine even more batty than usual.
Waters doesn’t even posess the cognitive ability to understand what is in the Constitution and how it applies, but she wants to question the President’s mental fitness? Too rich.
But she’s super-serious about it.
“I’m not even supportive of just having a hearing. I want to have an injunction against the president based on all the actions that he has taken that is so obvious that it is political, that he is trying to destroy the post office because he believes that mail-in voting, absentee voting will defeat him and he will do anything,” Waters continued.
She further advised that the matter should “go directly to the courts” in an effort to stop “any more movements” by the President.

Waters’ comments are more an indictment on presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden than on anybody else.
Nobody with an ounce of sanity truly believes the 25th Amendment can be invoked here.
On the other hand, Biden himself has had to repeatedly fend off questions about his mental capacity, with a recent poll by Rasmussen Reports showing that a shocking 20 percent of Democrat voters think that he has dementia.
Additionally, if Biden’s lead over the President were as large and insurmountable as the Demcorats would have you believe, would Maxine be flailing about with this wild attack?
