Left-Wing Democrat Mayor Jacob Frey Tries To Blame Riots On ‘White Supremacists’

Siding with those currently rioting on the streets of America for decades, Democrats are making a desperate effort to shift blame from themselves to their favorite culprit: White racism.

It is a case of chickens coming home to roost, as Democrats have been telling urban populations and the young, the main groups of rioters, that the American system is filled with institutional racism. Now their listeners are burning down the cities of prog leaders who eagerly programmed them to commit violence. They just didn’t think the anger they instigated would be ever turned against their own regimes.

Minneapolis Democrat Mayor Jacob Frey said Saturday, “We are now confronting white supremacists, members of organized crime, out of state instigators and even foreign actors, to destroy and destabilize our city and our region.”

The president had an interesting response.

However, in direct opposition to the mayor’s claim, a report by local television station KARE 11 found that “about 86 percent” of the 36 arrests listed their address in Minnesota, and that they live in Minneapolis or the metro area, according to data the outlet analyzed from the Hennepin County Jail’s booking records. Five out-of-state cases came from Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Michigan and Missouri.”

If they want to know who are the kind of people who are the real instigators of the riots, looting, and arson the Democrats can look no farther than their own Minnesota state Attorney General Keith Ellison.

A USA Today report also noted that “a security consultant said intelligence reports indicate many of the more serious protesters are far-left or anarchists, without a significant appearance yet by far-right groups.”

It stands to reason that vile white supremacists like the Ku Klux Klan (who are only the other side of the same coin as Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and the present rioters, thieves, and pyromaniacs) would have no quarrel with an innocent black man dying at the hands of a white police officer, as white racists are by definition not exactly concerned with the lives or rights of black citizens.

Mayor Frey knows this. But it is a testament to the fallout he knows is coming for him, and the rest of those who have aided and abetted the street criminals now plaguing American cities, that he will say anything, no matter how patently ridiculous, to avoid the blame.

If Hizzoner is correct, then where were the white supremacists who should have been rioting in solidarity with others over the Freddie Gray killing? Where was the Aryan Nation and other scum like them when Eric Garner died while in police custody? Did they don Antifa masks and throw Molotov cocktails at cops? No, they were nowhere to be seen.

The cry of racism and white supremacy has become a dog whistle to blame others when the progs get themselves in pickles of their own making. Such promiscuous use of those once loaded terms dishonors and defames the brave records of Dr. King, Medgar Evers, and other courageous men who faced actual racists and white supremacists in the bigoted U.S. South during the 1950s and 1960s. These words have been co-opted by Marxist criminals who care nothing about legitimate charges of racism or police brutality. It is only another hammer in their anti-American toolkit.
