Keith Olbermann Roasted After Attacking Tomi Lahren’s “Flag Costume”

Partisan hackery was on full display on Twitter this past weekend, and it amusingly backfired for all liberals involved.

It all began with a completely harmless tweet made by Tomi Lahren. Love her or hate her, it’s hard to see what problem one could have with her simply posting a photograph of herself.

Oh – right. The American flag. That’s what liberals could have a problem with.

Keith Olbermann, the former MSNBC host and current YouTuber for GQ, berated Lahren over what he thought was a U.S. flag code violation.

Another liberal, this one unironically bearing the screenname “MuslimIQ” (it’s the “IQ” we see little evidence of), also showed his lack of legal knowledge:

First thing, the U.S. flag code is a code of etiquette – NOT law. That’s why you can legally burn a flag in this country (and the only laws prohibiting you from doing so will be on environmental/public safety groups).

And regardless, Tomi DID NOT violate the U.S. flag code. A flag code violation regarding wearing clothing would only occur if an item of clothing were made with an actual flag (which it obviously was not).

This is particularly hilarious, given the lack of awareness Keith Olbermann has here. In fact, he’s the only person who has violated the U.S. flag code…. on the front cover of his just-released book.

And “MuslimIQ” didn’t seem to have much of a problem with flag apparel when it was a Muslim woman doing the same.

An interesting example of partisan hackery for sure, allowing the rest of the internet to have a few laughs at their expense:

It’s pretty clear which side has no principles.

Share this stunning hypocrisy with others now!
