Co-host of ‘The View,’ Joy Behar, responded to news of Alabama’s restrictive abortion law by suggesting the “white guys” who voted for it should be forced to get sterilized.
It should be noted that there aren’t just ‘white guys’ responsible for the new abortion law, the most sweeping in the nation. The legislation makes nearly all abortions in the state illegal, with those performing one subject to being charged with a felony.
It was Republican governor Kay Ivey who signed the bill into law. Not a male.
That notwithstanding, Behar noted that the panel of senators “who did this” all have something “in common.”
“They’re all men,” she explained. “All white guys.”
“Maybe we should make it a law they should all be required to get a vasectomy,” Behar added to an adoring crowd. “That would solve the problem.”
Behar is accidentally admitting that other methods are available to prevent the need to kill babies – such as vasectomies, birth control, or Alyssa Milano’s favorite technique – abstinence.
The law, which does allow abortion in extreme cases where it is “necessary in order to prevent a serious health risk to the unborn child’s mother,” has made Democrats absolutely lose their minds.
Aside from suggesting that because the lawmakers are male and therefore should be sterilized, one Alabama Democrat defended the act of abortion saying “you kill them now or you kill them later.”
He then followed up that gem with a statement that women should be allowed to abort “retarded” babies.
“His mother should have aborted him when he was born and he wouldn’t have made that stupid statement, right?” the lawmaker said of Donald Trump Jr. who called his original comments “stomach curling.”
“He’s evidently retarded,” he added.
The joyless comedienne recently said Republican supporters of the President need to stop wearing flag pins because they’re unpatriotic.
“I said last week I don’t want to see any of those flag pins anymore on Republicans who don’t stand up against this guy [Trump],” Behar said.

Want to see a non patriot, look in the mirror!
I am w/you, and I so wish that we could somehow all agree to disagree and allow something like this, 12 weeks or so, and let it go. No more bickering, arguing, no more laws to make things difficult for the providers or women. No tax $$ for it. Insurance coverage only as provided by your insurer. NO MORE CONTROVERSY OVER ABORTION.
I am pro-life, or rather "pro-option". They can choose abstinence, contraceptives, or adoption, but not abortion. And our pro-life stance is intended to save babies lives. However, perhaps we must step back and, rather than try to continue to oppose abortion as we have, just set these guidelines and allow the mother and provider to bear their own guilt. Of course, that will never happen. Some pro-choice people will never be happy w/anything less than the NY law, and other pro-life folk will not be happy w/anything less that a total ban on abortion.
Sigh. God help us.
Why stop there? The men could keep it in their pants, too.
That's what Evan Rachel Wood was suggesting. I'll go along w/that, too. Apparently they have decent success w/reversing vasectomies, if needed. Tubal ligations are difficult to reverse if the woman changes her mind.
Ok, here's the deal. I'm no longer pro-life. I'm neo-pro-choice. Choose! Choose abstinence, birth control, adoption, or, bite the bullet and have the baby. Just don't take the life of the baby. THAT is wrong. So, I guess I am pro-life, still and neo-pro-choice.
Or what else could we call it. Pro-options? That sounds good, huh?
Here’s an idea: why don’t we ship all these brain-surgeons off to Mars? Maybe they’d find happiness there—amongst only themselves!
Joy Behar is an A HOLE in capital leters
They should be asking for the reverse, sterilization of men who usually refuse to wear a condom, do not plan on caring for any children born from their promiscuous sex who think abortion is an acceptable form of birth control. Most young women are brought to the abortion clinic by a man and not their father. How do they know or do they even care it there is any coercion or pressure to abort. Where is the woman's right in that. PP just takes the money and takes their new life, leaving most woman with guilt for life. Seems most can't admit that, so the deaths roll on. They even recommend it to their daughters. and even promote, unable to admit they killed their child because they can hide behind the lie that they had the freedom to choose. Wonder how many now wish they had those children, when it is too late to have more, would have kept the child if they or the government assured them they wouldn't starve. but with state child support now that is often true. But each truly need to morn for that lost child and find forgiveness. Ever notice, people don't need forgiveness if they have done nothing that bothers their conscious. So of you have hardened your hearts and say it didn't bother them at all. We have a lot of women walking around with scars, and wounds you can't see. Watch Les Misérables and contemplate. Things are better but forgiveness and some provision are still lacking in our society and sill totally lacking in some societies. There is forgiveness with Jesus but n
i have heard for virgin births one believed many claimed but never ever heard of male birth
I have an alternative solution. If a woman gets an abortion charge her with infanticide and put her in jail.
