Secretary of State John Kerry hit social media as Pope Francis delivered a speech at the White House and praised the Pontiff’s message of caring for the most vulnerable among us.
Pleased and moved by @Pontifex’s call to resolve disputes through diplomacy, address #climatechange and protect the vulnerable in our world.

The official Twitter account of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops responded almost immediately, agreeing with Kerry and reminding him that human life should be treasured at every stage.
. @JohnKerry Agree, John. @Pontifex reassures all of us that Catholic teachings have always treasured human life from its very beginning.

Kerry’s pro-abortion stance has been so extreme throughout the years, that a Vatican chief insisted he, along with Nancy Pelosi, should not be allowed to receive communion.
To Kerry, lives are only vulnerable in the context of receding ice caps and dying polar bears. But dying babies? That’s not high up on the liberal agenda.
Do you agree with the Bishops that life needs to be treasured from conception?
