James Comey Book Contains Cryptic Comment About Loretta Lynch

On inauguration day 2017, as countless newly-former Obama administration officers watched in shock, Susan Rice was planting an alibi for herself.

Within 30-minutes of Trump being sworn into office, she sent an email to herself. On January 5, following a briefing by Intelligence Committee leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with F.B.I. Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. “Vice President Biden and I were also present…President Obama began the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities ‘by the book.'”

A bit odd that she would be emailing herself to notify herself that a controversial investigation was done “by the book,” wasn’t it? If it wasn’t done “by the book,” what’s the need in emailing yourself such a statement when a new administration entered the White House?

Susan Rice is also the same woman who unmasked the name of Trump campaign members in intelligence reports – a relatively unusual practice (though legal). Something suspicious happened – and we may never know what.

And surprisingly, it’s according to James Comey’s new book that we learn she wasn’t the only one acting “suspicious” during the 2016 election cycle.

According to ABC News:

Comey writes that he felt obligated to take more of a personal role as the public face of the investigation rather than deferring to then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch – in part because of something involving Lynch that he cryptically refers to as a “development still unknown to the American public to this day.”

“Had it become public, the unverified material would undoubtedly have been used by political opponents to cast serious doubt on the attorney general’s independence in connection with the Clinton investigation,” Comey writes, without further elaboration.

Well, no kidding.

We already know that Loretta Lynch met with Bill Clinton just days before Hillary was let off the hook at the conclusion of the FBI’s investigation into her private email server.

Everybody knew the system was rigged – so what could this unknown development that Comey is referring to possibly be? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
