The Daily Mail is reporting that Donald Trump is planning three rallies – the first since the Capitol protests in January – that will address the numerous crises facing the Biden administration and “lay down a marker for 2024.”

The New York Post was the first to confirm plans for the rallies.

An adviser familiar with planning states that while dates and locations have not been settled upon as of yet, two of the rallies are expected for June and the third right around Independence Day.

The former President’s team has four venues in mind. He will choose two of them in the coming days.

Trump will hold the rallies “as he looks to capitalize on a series of crises engulfing President Joe Biden and lay down a marker for 2024” according to the Daily Mail.

Trump Rallies Looking Ahead To 2024?

Former President Trump will likely use the rallies to bash Joe Biden and his administration, currently embroiled in several concurrent crises.

Some of these crises include the humanitarian debacle at the border, cyberattacks resulting in fuel shortages, chaos in the Middle East, and a sputtering economy despite the widespread reopening of businesses in America.

In a recent statement, Trump compared Biden rather unfavorably to the failed presidency of Jimmy Carter.

“I see that everybody is comparing Joe Biden to Jimmy Carter. It would seem to me that is very unfair to Jimmy Carter,” he wrote.

“Jimmy mishandled crisis after crisis, but Biden has CREATED crisis after crisis,” added Trump. “Joe Biden has had the worst start of any president in United States history, and someday, they will compare future disasters to the Biden Administration.”

Last weekend, Jason Miller, a top aide to Donald Trump, tweeted that campaign rallies would indeed be making a comeback.

Getting His Message Out

Trump rallies have always been a unique event with the former President drawing crowds usually reserved for rock concerts.

But they serve a far greater role in today’s environment, with Trump having recently had bans on his social media accounts extended as he struggles to get his message out to supporters.

Biden, meanwhile, is anticipating a 2024 rematch against Trump, according to comments made by White House chief of staff Ron Klain.

In an interview with Axios, Klain said that the President knows a rematch “is a very real possibility.”

“I wouldn’t want to estimate or underestimate Donald Trump as an opponent if he chooses to run,” added Biden’s top aide.

Biden, though, may be better served to worry about the here and now.

Earlier this week, a letter penned by 124 retired generals and admirals questioned the mental and physical fitness of the President.

“The mental and physical condition of the Commander in Chief cannot be ignored,” the letter reads. “He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night.”

Biden’s decision-making ability, or the lack thereof, has created problems in regards to national security at the border and with foreign policy in the volatile Middle East.

His weakening of the economy is also leaving America vulnerable.

For those who remember just a few months ago that the economy was rebounding sharply, gas prices were low and supply was prevalent, jobs were coming back, and peace deals were being negotiated frequently – 2024 can’t get here soon enough.
