Here’s Why the Anti-Trump 9th District Court Decision will be OVERTURNED

There’s nothing that isn’t unconstitutional according to the Left.

One is left to wonder how they came to the conclusion that the travel ban is unconstitutional, given that the constitution only applies to U.S. citizens. Criticism of the 9th circuit’s decision came instantly from both sides. The leftist lawyer Alan Dershowitz said that the decision had more to do with politics than constitutionality. Trey Gowdy was a bit more explosive, stating that ““It seems clear to most of us — not on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals — there is no right to come to this country for non-citizens of the United States. It also seems clear judges are neither in a position, practically or jurisprudentially, to second guess national security determinations made by the Commander in Chief. There is a reason we elect the Commander in Chief and do not elect federal judges.”

The 9th Circuit’s ruling of course, is hardly the end of the road. The 9th Circuit’s rulings get overturned all the time. And by all the time, I mean the majority of the time. The overwhelming majority of the time.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in San Francisco, has been a target of Republicans for decades.

It routinely is the most overturned court in the U.S. In 2012, the Supreme Court reversed 86 percent of the rulings it reviewed from the ninth.

Perhaps the most controversial decision was striking down the Pledge of Allegiance due to the phrase “under God.” It also ruled citizens have no constitutional right to own guns and is often over-ruled when showing its disdain for capital punishment.

H/T Fox News

To their credit, some years “only” 80% of their appeals get overturned…. so they have that going for them I guess.

You and I could sit on the 9th Circuit with no legal experience, flip a coin, and at least make the correct decision 50% of the time. That’s 36 percentage points better than the people currently running the show!

Share this with your friends on Facebook and Twitter! And let us know what you think about the appeal. Whatever you opinion is, it has a higher chance of being correct than anything you hear from the 9th Circuit.
