Erica Garner Blasts Hillary – Why Were You Trying to Capitalize on Dead People?

The daughter of Eric Garner, the man who died when a police officer in New York used a chokehold on him, is angry with the Clinton campaign for trying to capitalize on his death for political purposes.

“I’m troubled by the revelation that you and this campaign actually discussed ‘using’ Eric Garner … Why would you want to ‘use’ my dad?” Garner tweeted.

“Why was the Clinton campaign searching for dead people to capitalize on?” she later added.

Garner is responding to Wikileaks emails which show aides debating whether or not to include her father in an op-ed about gun violence. Mainly because he wasn’t killed by a gun.

Garner’s social media response blasts Team Clinton:

Despite their ‘issues’ with Erica Garner, the DNC did decide to ‘capitalize on dead people’ when they invited Garner’s mother, Trayvon Martin’s mother, and a host of Black Lives Matter activists to their convention in July so they could bash the police as racists.

The death of Eric Garner was exploited by many on the left, developing into an “I can’t breathe” t-shirt campaign in an attempt to draw attention to alleged police brutality.

One police officer in Indiana responded to the exploitation of the case by designing his own t-shirts which read, “Breathe Easy: Don’t Break the Law.”

While it certainly appears to be shocking to Erica Garner that the Democrats are willing to exploit the death of her father for political gain, it really is just part of their standard playbook.

To them, black lives don’t matter, but the political points they can score off of their deaths, do.
